We had a great experience at Wynwood Walls. We went during the off-season, so it wasn’t overly crowded and we were able to buy tickets on the spot without reservations. During peak season, though, I could definitely see it getting packed, so reserving ahead is probably a smart idea. One small issue: they could use more staff near the ticket kiosks to help visitors through the process. We accidentally skipped the waiver section and had to go back and redo it. We also did the extra buggy tour, which was absolutely worth it. It gave us a much better feel for the neighborhood and its history, and our guide was actually a graffiti artist herself. She even pointed out some of her own work around the area, which made the experience feel much more personal and authentic.
Great tour - excellent guide was really the best part
Fantastic attraction in Miami. We absolutely loved touring the district. We did the golf cart tour thru Wynwood Walls museum and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this option. Our guide, Digi, was exceptional. He really made the tour incredible. He had a wealth of knowledge about the history of the district, the artists, and the murals. Lunch at Coyo Taco afterwards (President Obama ate there) Great tour!!!!!
My husband & I had a great time. Our guide was a dope artist who was very knowledgeable about Miami's art/graffiti history!!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Lance was our guide and he is an expert and is passionate about the subject. Highly recommended! It was great for my mother who is disabled and would be a good excursion for kids. It was like driving through a museum.
Jeronimo is an excellent guide, who himself is an artist. About 15 of his works are presented on the wall of Wynwood. He showed us a few places that are difficult to discover, gave us a great intoduction to the history as well as the economic aspects of this art and opened for us doors we never thought existed. We have been to Wynwood a few times, but this time was definitely the best.
Great time spent with local artist! Very interesting, and informative . Friendly and efficient staff!
Our guide was an artist but hard to understand and she only spent time at her murals. Not worth’s the money. She was Colombian and we in the back facing the wrong direction. She was hard to hear and her accent made it difficult to understand
Thank you for joining one of our buggy tours and for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding audibility, seating, and overall comfort has been shared with our team for review. We truly value guest input and appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again in the future.
The guide was friendly and we were efficiently carted around to all of the major pieces. However, there was no explanation or guided tour. Having done this tour a couple of years ago, though potentially with a different operator (??), I was expecting to see the artwork AND have a guided tour. We absolutely loved it last time and learned so much in a relaxed, non-overwhelming way. We had out of town guests and were looking forward to this as a highlight. It was not.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. While we’re glad the guide was friendly and efficient, we regret that the level of narration was not what you were hoping for. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can continue improving and better align the experience with guest expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
The Wynwood Walls is an impressive street art space that brings together artists from all over the world and is a special place that inspires new discoveries every time you walk. It's full of colour and originality, and it's very photogenic, making it definitely worth a visit if you love art.
