The food was awful! The view was amazing- but we barely ate… none of us. The wine was about the only thing we enjoyed.
If you order special meal such as Gluten Free e sure your server understand what you are ordering. I order Sea Bass & got a chicken fish that I could not eat - even after the server looked at our order 3-4 times in between serving other tables! Also, I service was very slow! Enjoyed the food but service was not great!

We arrived early to get a good seat and they charged 20 euros for a window seat. Seemed pretty unprofessional. Food was sub-par to par at best. The boat and tie cruise itself was good.
We enjoyed the Dinner Cruise a lot. It was beautiful at night and the food was wonderful! A great time!

The cruise was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. We had a lovely dinner and bought two bottles of nice wine. My only complaint was I had no idea where to find the ship. There were 4 different locations given, but not the specific one for the cruise I was on. I had to call Trip Advisor to figure out which dock location to go to and THEN I had to ask another ship to figure our where our cruise was. The directions need to be MUCH MORE specific. Otherwise, I enjoyed the cruise and finishing at the Eiffel Tower was PERFECT.
Nice little ship. Good, but not outstanding food. Quite OK when you consider the price-performance ratio.
When we arrived at the boat, we were given the option of paying an additional $20 to sit by the window. We asked about going upstairs and were told it was closed and that we would not be able to go. We were unhappy with this, and after the staff discussed it, they decided we could go upstairs, but it would be an additional $40. If we had had the option to upgrade our seats to a window seat when booking, we would have done that, but the pictures on the website show people upstairs. We were so unhappy with the staff and the initial experience that we left without taking the cruise. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the cruise and recommend you NOT book on this boat.
