We leave Limerick City behind and travel via the charming village of Adare down through the mountains to County Kerry.

60 min

Regularly voted the most beautiful town in Ireland, Killarney is the gateway to both Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Nestled in the valley beneath Ireland's highest mountain range, and surrounded by lakes Killarney boasts some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland. Lined with lovely shops, pubs and traditional arts and crafts stores, this true gem is a must see for every traveler who visits our motherland.

30 min

Inch Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Ireland, and stretches for 3 miles facing the Atlantic ocean and is renowned as a surfing and fishing location. Its golden sands became well known on the big screen as it has featured in many movies, most notably Ryan's Daughter and Playboy of Western World which was entirely filmed along its shoreline.

120 min

Slea Head drive on the Wild Altanic Way is considered by many photographic magazines as the most beautiful peninsula in the world, and was recently voted the number one area for dramatic shots. The road winds around through Gaelic speaking Corca Dhuibhne beginning at Ventry beach passing by the 4000 year old beehive huts and onwards to Dunquin with amazing views of the great Blasket Island and the Sleeping Giant. The peninsula has fabulous beaches in Coonenoole and Clogherhead where the film Far and Away was shot. We drive through the beautiful village of Ballyferriter.

90 min

Next we stop in Dingle village. Charming Gaelic speaking fishing village famed in many films like Far and Away and Ryan's Daughter, Dingle is celebrated for having most pubs in Ireland for a town of its size, 52 pubs and 2000 people. We cannot forget Dingle's most famous resident, Fungi the Dolphin.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views despite overcast weather. Tour with Paddywagon seemed a bit unorganized and bus ride was quite jerky. Horse and carriage ride in Killarney National Park was very worth it.

Rude driver and not enough time in Dingle

The driver, whose name is Michael, was quite rude. It would have been nice to have a longer stop in Dingle. A couple of 10-minute get-on-and-off the bus stops could have been eliminated. There were also times when we just sat on the bus and waited for passengers to arrive from other buses. The drive itself is beautiful.

Mike is the Man. ☘️🇮🇪 he’s good Craic and tolerates Zero shenanigans

Mike was our driver and wow did he have an accent that made the trip more authentic and enjoyable. His stories made me feel like I lived in his Irish world. Absolutely loved this tour.

Well worth it!

Michael our guide was wonderful. He knew interesting facts about every village we drove through and have s lot of color to the tour. I wish he would slow down his English just a tad for those of us who are hard of hearing. 🙂

Experiencing the Irish landscape

An amazing day helped by such a beautiful sunny hot day. Scenery is amazing and didn't feel like an eleven hr day from Limerick. A must do while in Ireland.

Beautiful landscape by the bus window!

Although the landscape along the way is wonderful, it is seen from the bus window as it makes few stops. And the few stops are very fast. Do not recommend!

Incredibly well done tour...

Incredibly well done tour of the Dingle Peninsula. It is a long day from Limerick, but it is well worth while. The rural Irish roads can be a challenge, so not needing to navigate to get the same experience is amazing. There were many great views, and the driver stopped for photo ops at all the best places.

Michael was a wonderful...

Michael was a wonderful guide. We had a great tour along the west Atlantic way and into Dingle. He gave lots of info, even sang for us and did a great job along the very narrow roadways! Would definitely recommend and use Paddy Wagon Tours again in the future!
