Denver has more parks and open space, than any other city in America. This beautiful park is the main focal point of the city of Denver. With it's treelined pathways to its Greek amphitheater, this park is sure to please.
This gothic looking mansion was once the home to two of the founder fathers of Denver, and the state of Colorado. William Byers started Denver's first newspaper, and John Evans was our second territorial Governor. Of course there is a scandalous story to be told, at this 1883 mansion.

You will hear all about the sorted past of Albert Humphreys, included his involvement in one of the largest cases of corruption in U.S. history. Things did not in well for Mr. Humphreys. In most cases, we will stop, and let you get out and take pictures, at this location.
Built in 1906, this 105 year old, 25,000 square foot Mansion has been the residence of all of our past and present governors, since 1960.
The Denver Artesian Club has been around since 1893. The club has transformed the city of Denver into an "art city". The impressive Denver Art Museum is the largest art museum, between Chicago and the West Coast.

Our guide was excellent. Very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of helpful touring advice. Well worth it
The entire tour was informative and entertaining. The tour guide did a great job of “reading the room,” and customized his narration to the group. He also worked well with an older couple who had mobility issues.
The guide was very knowledgeable and gave many colorful details about local historical figures. My husband and I have mobility problems, and he helped us manage the walking portions of the tour. The only problem is that we did not know where exactly to meet the tour at the Slate Hotel, and they were not in the place the hotel's parking agent told us they usually made the pickup. As a result, we almost missed the tour.
Hi Judith, thank you for writing a review for us. I’m so glad that you had an exceptional experience. We had a fun group that day. I’m sorry that someone from the hotel staff misguided you, as to where to locate us. Thanks again, Bill
BIlly & company were awesome! The tour was entertaining and well done! I loved learning the good, the bad and the ugly!
Hi, thank you for taking our city bus tour, and for writing this nice review. I am so glad that you had an excellent experience, and that you enjoyed the tour, as much I enjoyed doing it for you. I hope that you get an opportunity to come back and possibly take one of our other tours sometime. Thanks again, Bill
Had a little time before a conference, so joined in this tour. It was a low impact with only 2 stops, there were 2 small hills, one at each stop. The seats are narrow, but the interior is tall. Windows were clean, which helps with views and photos. Weird that most of the sites were on the left of the bus tour, so if you want unobstructed photos, sit on that side. It provided a nice overview to direct me to explore sites later in my trip.
Hi Robyn, thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour experience. You are correct that there are two stops where we disembark and explore, which is consistent with typical bus tours in Denver, and we outline this in our tour description. However, it's worth noting that the tour encompasses a total of five stops, featuring six distinct sites. Although we don't disembark at every stop, this format allows our valued guests to capture photographs. As a bus tour operator, we cater to a diverse range of guests, including those with mobility challenges, which is why many opt for a bus tour. This is a primary reason we limit the number of disembarkation points. To provide a comprehensive understanding for our future guests, the tour features 18 sites on the right side of the bus and 15 sites on the left. Heather is an exceptional tour guide, and I will ensure that your complimentary review is forwarded to her. It will undoubtedly make her day. We hope you will have the opportunity to join us again for one of our walking tours in the future. Thank you again for your feedback. Sincerely, Bill
This tour was a great way to get a brief, interesting history on Denver. The guide told us interesting stories, showed and explained different areas of the city, and pointed out popular places to eat. Being that we only had one full day in Denver, we felt it was a great way to start out in the day so we could figure out where to spend the rest of it!
