Mykonos is absolutely stunning and so worth the visit! Our guide was informative and pleasant. There were some issues though as the tour started almost an hour late so we were always rushed. We felt somewhat abandoned at the end as we were in the middle of the town and the guide just pointed us in different directions to get back to the port. Honestly, the cost of the tour was too much for the short 4 hours that we got.
Thank you for your kind words about our island and guide. We also appreciate your confirmation that the 4-hour tour duration was delivered in full accordance with the tour description. The tour departed as scheduled. Please note that this is a shared tour, not a private one, and it cannot depart early only because some guests disembark one hour before the tour start time clearly stated on their tickets. The tour ends in Mykonos Town at the waterfront, where guests arriving by tender may return by tender boat. Guests whose ships are docked may use the port shuttle to return to the pier. This information was provided by the guide during the tour. Safe travels.
I can't recommend enough to plan your trip in October The weather was beautiful and less people. This tour gave us a nice overlook of the island. There were enough stops and time at each spot. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We'd recommended this tour.
Great tour to see the highlights and still have time to eat and shop . Our guide was very informative. It’s very windy at the light house.
Our tour guide, Angela, was excellent. She had originally arrived in Mykonos for a holiday and stayed. Her knowledge of the island on which she's lived for more than 30 years was extensive. She had a great sense of humor and was wonderful at sharing details about Mykonos that only a local would know. It was a super windy day in Mykonos and although Mykonos is usually windy, this day was exceptionally windy. At times, it felt like we were being sandblasted. The tour was at a really good pace allowing us to explore a little town, stop in at a bakery, explore some small streets and enjoy the scenery. Angela was a fantastic guide and our bus driver was great as well. We really enjoyed this tour.
Outstanding experience with our wonderful tour guide. She was a wealth of information about the island and the all of the sites at which we made stops.
Worst tour and customer service. They placed the wrong port address on the site. I messaged them for 30 minutes to make sure we were at the right spot. Once I was able to get through they said the tour guide was on another tour. They were rude. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!
Even if you write all your feedback in capital letters, it will not stop many cruise passengers from booking with us each cruise season. As you can see, yours is the only negative feedback received so far. The problem with some travelers is their inability to read and follow the clear pickup information, which is available 24/7 on the Viator website and also sent to your email and phone in advance of your tour date. The pickup instructions clearly asked you to meet us right outside the cruise terminal. There are only two ports in Mykonos. On 24.09.25, NCL Epic tendered all passengers to the Old Port of Mykonos, where we successfully collected 217 of your fellow cruisers. It remains puzzling why you chose to take a shuttle to Tourlos Port instead. For future bookings through Viator, we strongly recommend paying closer attention to the provided pickup instructions, rather than relying on directions from local shuttle or taxi drivers. Keeping your phone active (in working mode) during the pickup process is another useful way to avoid missing your booked activities. Safe travels
I very much enjoyed our tour and I felt our tour guard was sxcellent and put 120% into her explanations. She went the extra mile to explain details, she was genuinely enthusiastic and I really learned alot!!
We were on a Celebrity Cruise. I booked this group trip through Viator prior to our cruise. Our guide Maria was easy to locate outside the port. We had a fabulous half day tour (4 hrs.) with the best guide, Maria who has lived on Mykonos for 30+ years. We went to several locations on the island in a bus, and finished on foot on a walking tour where we saw the famous windmills and Little Venice. Maria had a great personality and provided lots of background information about Mykonos. I highly recommend this tour so you don’t miss out on seeing all of Mykonos. By far this was one of the best tours I have been on.
The tour was good. Christina was awesome. The driver was too. Demetrius got us all around safe. Christina’s knowledge of Mykonos and the history of the island is second to none. I do believe it’s tough to value the price of this tour. We got only one water at the end in the town. So many more tours in Greece gave us more. There should have been ice cream or a snack offered at one of the restaurants there. The Greek culture and food is so awesome in Greece. I think this would enhanced the tour even if it was more money. 275 per couple and no food and water seems high. I liked the tour but at the end we still needed to pay to get back to the ship. This seemed petty. That should have been covered. Never been on a tour catering to cruise passengers and then not getting them back to the ship.
We had such a great experience on this tour! It was incredibly informative and engaging from start to finish. The guide shared a wealth of knowledge in a way that was easy to understand and kept us interested the entire time. We learned so much, saw all the highlights, and even discovered a few hidden gems along the way. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a perfect mix of history, culture, and fun.
