Day Trip to Mostar and Kravice (English-Español)

The tour was a bit hectic and we felt we could have used an hour more in Mostar. Carmen was excellent as was the bus operator (Ante?). The guide in Mostar was also super.

Excellent attention from Carmen, a spectacular guide always at our disposal, everything was magnificent.

A spectacular excursion, just like the guide Carmen and the driver Milan. Everything was ten out of ten!!

Our trip from Dubrovnik to Mostar was wonderful from start to finish. Ivan and Carmen showed up perfectly on time in the morning — Ivan a calm, focused, and very friendly driver who guided us through all the winding roads so smoothly that we barely noticed them, and Carmen, always smiling, warm, and full of energy, sharing so many interesting facts along the entire way, answering every question with spontaneity, depth, and genuine enthusiasm. In Mostar we met Dženan, an open, honest, and beautifully neutral guide, especially when it comes to history. He gave us great recommendations, but what touched us most were his personal stories — sincere, emotional, and unforgettable. The whole trip was incredibly well organized. We made the decision very spontaneously after 22:30, and thanks to Nicola’s late‑night effort, everything still worked out. Amazing people, an impressive city, and memories we’ll carry with us for a long time.

Our guide Carmen accompanied us, a friendly and solid professional throughout the journey. The driver Ivan drove very well. The Bosnian city is very interesting, different from others in the region, and the Kravice waterfalls are a lovely place to visit and refresh. We enjoyed this full-day trip a lot!

We went with my husband to Mostar and Medjugorje; I would have liked to stay longer in Medjugorje, but I am still very happy with the tour. Carmen has been very attentive and accommodating, and the driver Iván was superb; he drove that minibus incredibly well!! The schedules were perfect; everything was great!!

We had a great guide in Carmen and driver Miguel who did a lot of driving. Carmen kept the tempo up with lots of commentary about the regions we passed through and their history. The scenery was amazing with mountains, seas, river and lots of farmland. The bus was nearly full and we has two tour guides in Mostar, one in Spanish and one in English. A great day

This was our 2nd day tour with Sombrero travel, the 1st was to Medjugore earlier in the week. Anet was our guide both days, John was our driver both days. Anet is a very warm kind friendly lady with a very professional approach to her work. Her knowledge was immense and delivered excellently in both English and Spanish. She gave very clear instructions about meeting points and times for each stop on our tour. She also was very helpful with details at border control as we travelled in and out of Bosnia Herzegovina . We feel very lucky to have Anet and John for both trips. John our driver was very friendly and welcoming to all. We would highly recommend the Mostar/Kravice trip , wearing comfortable walking shoes is an advantage. The Medjugore trip was also excellent, we had 4 hours there which was plenty to climb Apparition hill and visit the church etc. Thankyou to Anet and John . Also thanks to Lydia at Sombrero travel in the Old City who was very helpful giving information about our trips before we booked.
