Day Trip to Búzios from Rio de Janeiro: Sightseeing Tour, Bay Cruise and Lunch

Description
Escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro and frequent the picturesque village of Búzios. Enjoy a city sightseeing tour and then jump aboard a boat in search for some of the best beaches in the area. Buzios is a city that attracts many Brazilian and foreign visitors with its natural beauties and a unique climate that harmonizes simplicity and sophistication. Búzios now has several shops and fine dining options, as well as branches of the main international clubs and bars. Our Búzios Tour begins with the embarkation of air-conditioned road transport in the main hotels of the tourist region of Rio, and goes towards Armação de Búzios. The road-trip at there can takes approximately two hours (But in festive times and holidays you can get twice the time due to traffic). Take a boat tour through the main beaches of Búzios with the lunch included at one of the best restaurants the city has to offer. The drinks are not included though.

It features a charming and bucolic environment that visibly embraced tourism as one of its main activities, especially after the visit of the renowned French actress Brigitte Bardot in 1964, who vacationed in the city.

The product delivered does not correspond to what was sold. 1) estimating 2 hours for a 180km journey doesn't make sense. We spent 4 hours in the van; 2) extremely uncomfortable van for a long journey like this. 3) there is no stop at a suitable place for bathing as described. I don't know how to swim and spent the day in the van or boat; 4) lunch at 4:00 pm doesn’t make any sense; 5) obviously, we eat cold and very ordinary food. It doesn't seem to be "one of the best restaurants in town" 6) selling one product and delivering another still puts the guide (very attentive and guiltless) in an embarrassing situation;
We were the first being picked up and it took cle to 2 hours to finish picking up the rest of the passengers. Buzios is nice and our tour guide was a very nice gentleman. On the way back the driver had to get gas with everyone on board when he had all afternoon to do it. Food was not good.
Too long of a drive three hours each way and the guide did not speak English. The actual boat trip was pleasant they were able to entertain us.
Hello, Really, Buzios, as well as Angra and Arraial do Cabo are about 3 hours from Rio de Janeiro, but worth the sacrifice! Sorry for the guide! The boat tour, which is already included in the tour, is an unmissable attraction for those who enjoy diving in the sea!
We spent a full day in Buzios. Our guide Hugo was excellent. We sailed for 2 hours and then had a buffet lunch, with the possibility to tour the place later. Recommended at 10000%

Too many people on the boat, couldn't even find a seat, had to stand most oft he cruise. Lunch at 3pm is too late in an average kilo restaurant. Don't know what all the fuss is about for Buzios. Would recommend the other day trip to Angra dos Reis as a better alternative

I was so disappointed with this tour, I almost felt like crying, the tour leader spoke in Spanish, French and Portuguese only. He said he would translate English to me but he only said like two words and answered one question. He was so oblivious to the impact this would have on my day trip. I didn't know what was being said or going on. I had to second guess. This trip is made for locals so if you speak Portuguese then great otherwise not so great. I didn't even get to see Bridget Bardot statue, I didn't get an option for the city tour and the boat charged me for food and drinks even though the programme said it was free.

The only good thing about the this trip is that the restaurant was fantastic, the food was amazing and they were clear the drinks would cost. Buzios is a beautiful town with lovely shops and friendly locals but you need two days not one day in order to see everything.

If you like rowdy parties and a loud DJ then book this party boat tour. if you speak Portuguese, and Spanish this is ideal for you. Luckily I have a GCSE Spanish grade from ten years ago so I was able to second guess meeting points etc but it wasn't enough to get me through the day and completely ruined my day trip to the lack of English translation.
