They confirmed my booking, took my $400 and never contacted me. They also never responded to my messages when I tried to contact them on Viator and through Whatsapp. Of course, they never showed up on the the day of the tour either. I'm working with Vaitor to get a refund but haven't heard anything back yet.

Had a Wonderful walk up Mt Kilimanjaro. Would highly recommend doing this trek. Great guide. Walk at your own pace. Nice packed lunch.
