Very seamless day tour. Tomasz was great guide. Kept us informed and the visit to both sites was easy to do. Would definitely recommend
Both auschwitz and the salt mine are sites worth visiting, and although a long day the logistics and timing were very good. Unfortunately, given the duration of travel, we found the 22 seat mini bus much too small for the 21 passengers.
Absolutely brilliant would recommend guide was amazing and explained everything be prepared ro get a little emotional but 100% worth a visit
I spent one full day and it was incredible.
This was a humbling, sad, but informative tour. My father has a hard time getting around and the tour guides were patient and went above and beyond to ensure my father was comfortable. It is a tour that I will never forget, such a memorable experience on so many levels.
Everything was great, from the pickup the hotel and the actual touring. It all worked perfectly. The only thing I would suggest would be a better lunch. We paid for the included lunch, and it was not good. I would have rather not paid and bought my own. But I wasn't sure if we would be someplace where we could buy one. I would specify that there are places to buy your own. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would highly recommend the tour.
While very sobering, this was an excellent tour experience. Our guides at all of the locations were very informative and kept the pace comfortable for the entire group
Highly recommend this experience. We had a wonderful tour guide in Auschwitz who provided us with insightful and thorough information. Saw both concentration camps by noon, had lunch, and then went to the salt mines. The tour went smoothly, even for an 82 year old family member. He was able to descend the stairs without issue and walk the longer distances required at the end of the tour. We didn’t feel rushed during any part of our day. Again, we highly recommend this tour!
Well organized excursion. Times are well connected and very punctual. Good guides on site. Auschwitz and Berkenau were very impressive and that will come in. The excursion in the salt mine was a nice change of pace.
If you are in Krakow, this historical site is a must. You can still feel the heaviness and the torture even 80 years later. Our driver was great and so was our guide at the concentration camps and the salt mine. Both are amazing to see but the salt mine gets to be too much especially after such a heavy visit. I would recommend both if possible.
