Very much a nice time, good guide, seen many things I could see myself going back there again. I like to watch the volcano erupts so I was getting what I was looking for. Plus a very good lunch
Thank you so much for your review, we look forward to seeing you again.

Wonderful city, Victor is a great guide. Driver did a great job of getting us back to Guatemala City despite the crazy traffic!
Thank you so much for your review, Frankie. We hope to serve you again soon.
I flew to Guatemala City with my main purpose of taking this full day tour. The day before the tour (less than 24 hours before the start of the tour), I got notification when I landed at the airport that my tour had been cancelled and they would refund my money. If I was to cancel less than 24 hours before, I would not receive a refund, but they were able to cancel short notice because they say there were not enough people with reservations. I sent them a message advising that I was to only be in Guatemala for one day and that this created a problem. They never even responded! I instead rebooked with another company recommended by my hotel and I had a great tour. I would recommend that you do not book with this company as they cancel and will not even return messages.
Our Guide Luis was phenomenal! Patient, funny and so so knowledgeable! This tour exceeded our expectations!! Even the rain didn’t dampen our spirits!! Fully recommend!!
The guide, Elida, was not at fault, but out of our group of 8, someone wanted to go to Hobbitenango, and the tour company agreed. The tour company did let me know the night before of the change, but I did not realize what it would entail. We left an hour early to account for the change, but still only had 2 hours in Antigua rather than the scheduled 4. The company did pay for the entrance of Hobbitenango, and we were there over 3 hours which my friend and I did not want to do. If I had wanted a tour to Hobbitenango, I would have booked one. The majority of our group wanted to shop or sit and eat and drink and really did not want a tour of Antigua.
This excursion was not eventful. It is best to take a taxi to Antigua if you are staying in another part of Guatemala. Our tour guide was dry and we could have completed the tour by ourselves in one hour.
The driver and guide were punctual and curious. We had a great time in Antigua! We want to go back and would use this company again!
Antigua is beautiful. Our guide was full of interesting facts about the area. I would highly recommend this excursion.
Enjoyed the tour, good summary of Antigua, ended up on a private tour, but they said they wont cancel even if only one person books the group tour. I appreciated that, most would cancel.
Thank you for your comment, it was a pleasure serving you, please come back soon.
