This was an incredible day exploring the best of the Dutch countryside! Zaanse Schans was like stepping into a fairy tale with its iconic windmills, cheese tastings and clog workshop. Seeing the massive scale of the Afsluitdijk was a true engineering highlight. The boat cruise through Giethoorn was the perfect, peaceful finale—there’s nothing quite like gliding through those roadless canals. What made the trip truly special though, was our guide, Leidse. His energy, humor, and deep knowledge of Dutch history kept us entertained the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and took amazing photos for us. If you’re looking for a seamless, fun, and authentic experience, this tour is a must!
This is a summer tour. The weather isn’t great to experience the towns and the particularly the ‘boat cruise’ in winter. The guide was fantastic but it would be challenging when places aren’t open in the off season. Perhaps modify the tour or Tony run it in einter
Our guide Leidse picked us up in a comfortable van and provided us with great commentary of the sites we visited. He made sure everyone in the group had their needs met.
All good, kudos to erik. It was smooth, driving, itinerary, pickup and drop off. Thanks for tge experiencr.
We had a prompt pickup and shared the this with 6 others. The van was comfortable and the driver friendly and safe. We picked the peak season for the trip so all venues were crowded which made us very happy we had chosen a small trout and not a huge one. We felt we got our money’s worth at all the stops. The weather was cool and rainy but we fully enjoyed it all. We highly recommend this tour and the company arranging the tour!
Eric was an exceptional tour guide! The day was amazing and filled with many wonderful memories!!!!!
Our guide Pete was excellent. He gave us a lot of history about the Netherlands and all the places we visited. Would love for him to be our guide again in the future.
Very nice tour. Spent a full day getting to know Amsterdam and its environs. Our guide was friendly and informative.
The whole trip was five people and I had a great day. My guide Leidse is a passionate Dutch man, fluent in both English and Chinese. He gave us a detailed description of each attraction and took our pictures. Sheephorn Village and Windmill Village are very beautiful, hope to come back again next time
Kai is the best guide I have ever seen. He is kind and helpful. Gave us lots of information about the tour.
