The tour company is very inefficient. They made me wait 30 minutes and added me to a different timing than originally booked. The guide was not engaging at all. By now, I have done so many guided tours in life, and I would rate this as one of the worstsz
But your tickets and download the info yourself. Less than 1 hour tour. Very small gallery. The only reason to book this is if you can’t get the tickets through the primary website.

First of all, I totally screwed up because I thought entrance tickets were included. This should be spelled out prominently on the website. When we arrived for the 10:30 tour, there was no one available to help us. After wandering around for fifteen minutes, we met a person who informed us that the tour guide got injured and we were rescheduled for 12:15. When we returned, we had to give the same person 80 euro in cash, again, because I thought the original price I paid included the tickets I thought the entire interaction was sketchy. The tour was shorter than promised and absolutely not worth the cost since we were delayed two hours and had to rearrange our plans. In the future, I will make sure to read the fine print and go see the replica of David in the plaza for free.

We have not done you any injustice.The Viator platform clearly states in block letters that the museum entrance fee is not included in the price of our tour, which is visible to other travellers and it is surprising that you did not see it. Also, although I officially informed you via email on March 30 regarding the rescheduled of the tour start time on April 4, since I did not receive any response from you, I again informed you via WhatsApp and several calls and messages on your personal phone on April 3. We have all those emails and messages clearly. However, the biggest regret is that you behaved in a way that caused inconvenience to other members of the tour. The tour guide and other members of the tour clearly stated that at the end of the tour. Best of luck

"I can not describe how amazing this tour was! It was so necessary to have a guide like marcello who knew their stuff and the ins and outs of the story between david and Michelangelo. Especially as someone coming from a different continent! When i asked something curious about the history marcello our tour guide answered and exlplained quickly and accurately.
