Absolutely disappointed with the service received from this company. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I was told less than 24 hours before the tour that they cannot pick up from the hotel. The tour pick up time was changed and we were taken to the Railway market first, instead of the floating Market. And because of this, we were unable to witness the highlight of the Railway Market which is seeing the vendors pull away their stalls as the train passes through. I requested assistance from the company, however they were unable to assist. They lack customer service skills. Please rather book your tours with a reliable and reputable company.
It’s unfortunate that this situation occurred, as the issue was not from our side. Since you are a travel agent, it’s important to review the pickup details carefully before confirming a booking. The Viator/Tripadvisor listing clearly mentions the pickup zone, yet the hotel selected for the clients was located approximately 13 kilometers outside the designated area. This led to the pickup limitation and subsequent confusion. Despite the pickup zone being outside the standard area, we still arranged a special pickup (at an additional cost) to ensure the clients could join the tour. The itinerary was followed exactly as described; however, as this was a group tour, timing at each stop must be consistent for all participants. We understand the clients wished for extra time, but this flexibility is only possible on private tours, not shared ones. It appears there may have been some miscommunication regarding the nature of a group tour, which we believe should have been clarified by the you (the booking agent) to manage expectations better. Later, you also mentioned that the next day (free of cost) private tour should be arranged or a refund should be done, if not you will give a negative review, which unfortunately was not possible as all services had already been provided as per the itinerary. We appreciate your feedback and truly hope future bookings with any operator are made with careful attention to pickup locations and tour details, to avoid such misunderstandings and issues with the end customer.
A fun day with my family and our Guide Pang. Thank You so much team for excellent trip. Loved the train market and the way the vendors quickly remove everything in a jiffy. Also floating market was fun.. but the sellers are selling expensive than the local market, but gladly our guide helped with the bargaining.
Our visit to the Damnoen Suduak Floating markets and the Maeklong railway markets was a highlight of our time in Thailand. Damnoen Saduak were the canals come alive with colour, energy and the aroma of freshly cooked Thai food. Gliding through the water on a long tail boat was a unique way to shop. Next we visited Maeklong railway markets, which was an experience like no other. Just minutes before the train comes through vendors quickly fold up their awnings and move their goods back from the track. I highly recommend visiting both definitely an eye opening and memorable.
Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend. There was zero communication before my event, and then within hours of my confirmed pickup, the driver canceled. I was forced to find my own way to a pickup location 45mins away and it cost an extra $250 BAHT. When I asked about reimbursement, they not only refused but lied about what was originally agreed upon. Totally unacceptable and dishonest. Viator also took no accountability. Horrible.
Extremely unprofessional experience. I do not recommend. There was zero communication before my event, and I wasn’t informed until 10:16 PM the night before that they wouldn’t be picking me up at my hotel as originally promised. Instead, I was told to find my own way—20 minutes away—which cost me an extra 250 baht. When I asked about reimbursement, they not only refused but lied about what was originally agreed upon. Totally unacceptable and dishonest.
Excelent Tour. This is must go tour and very Instagramable. Amazing spots. Thank You Mimi for the guidance. Safe and quality time spent.
What an amazing tour. The Guide was really friendly cool and explained details throughout. The floating market and the train tour was always on my checklist. Thankfully its done now.
