I just came back from a wonderful trip to Vietnam, and it was an unforgettable experience! The scenery, culture, and friendly people truly made it special. We visited Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and Hoi An — each place had its own charm and beauty. As a vegetarian, I was a bit unsure about food before the trip, but I was pleasantly surprised! Vietnam has so many delicious vegetarian options. Fresh vegetable pho, tofu dishes, stir-fried morning glory, and vegetarian spring rolls were my favorites. Many restaurants were happy to customize meals, and even our cruise on Ha Long Bay provided a full vegetarian lunch — fresh, tasty, and satisfying! The trip was well organized, our guides were friendly and informative, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Vietnam to anyone looking for a culturally rich and welcoming destination — even if you’re vegetarian, you’ll eat very well!
Trang An is a perfect reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The tour of Bai Dinh was very interesting and isn't a place you would fully understand if you went without a guide. The lunch was great and the boat ride was very relaxing. I have heard that there are a lot of people aggressively trying to sell you stuff during the boat ride at Tam Coc but there was none of that here at Trang An. The only downside was sitting around for over an hour with nothing much to do while part of the group climbed the mountain. Overall a very enjoyable day.
The day was so well spent! We did 3 activities in total and had so much fun!!! The food was good and yummy! The arrangements were perfect!
I booked a 10 day tour with Asia Queen, Mrs Binh in June 2024 for Vietnam. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danag, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh. All hotel reservations, ground travel, visa, tours etc were provided by Binh. And I must say i was amazed at the level of her engagement and support. I travel a lot and utilize services of travel agents often but none like Binh. None of our pick ups/ tours were delayed, all hotel bookings prompt and as desired, even when our Hanoi to Danang flight was cancelled she worked with customer care overnight while we slept peacefully to get us on the next flight. She is a super woman and can be totally trusted. She knows what a customer likes and wants. I wish her and her team all the success. They deserve it :)
