We organised our private transfer directly through Whatsapp as we had used the service before. Our driver Trung Tran was lovely, he transferred us to Bà Nà Hills and back, we just messaged him 1hr before we wanted to come back and he was ready and communicated clearly. He also helped show us where to go and get the tickets (was much cheaper then booking a tour to do it this way). Great service!
I highly recommend using this company from the moment I booked the private transfer for Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge the communication was excellent. I was told the driver would contact me prior to picking us up which happened. We were asked if we would like the driver to book the tickets for our trip, which we said no as we had already purchased our entry tickets. I was sent a photo of what car we were looking for and told us what time he’d be arriving. Quang was an excellent driver. He told us about a couple of things on the way which was great and answered questions we had. Quang also asked what time we would like to leave Ba Na Hills as we weren’t ready by the time we said. I messaged Quang and was able to change the time with him and it was no problem for Quang. Quang actually waited for us and came and met us when we arrived back down the mountain, which was excellent, I would hesitate to use Quang as a driver again😁
Driver was punctual. Sent pictures of his vehicle. Drove to BaNa Hills. Help with our tickets onto cable car. Gave me details when we were ready to return ie text him when on cable car. Sent picture of where to meet him. Exactly where he would meet us. Extremely efficient couldn’t fault him
We booked the trip to the Ba Na Hills through Get Your Gide and they were so nice to drive us from Hoi An to Da Nang for a small price, cheaper than Grab. The driver was also special, his name is Believe Quang. He was friendly, always in a good mood and funny and, unlike some drivers in Hanoi, drove very considerately and attentively. As a European you are usually happy when you arrive safe, here it was a relaxed ride. In summary, we can say friendly, inexpensive and attentive, anytime we would book here again. It was a nicel trip even though it was foggy &raining, can't control the weather. The driver was on time for the pick up & drop, car was clean.
We received exceptional service from Go Travel Da Nang , who collected us from our hotel and drove us to Ba Na Hill .A few hours later , they returned to collect us and they were on time and very professional. I would recommend this company if you , require reliable transport 5 stars from me .
