Carlos was a very friendly and experienced guide that picked us up from the hotel early in the morning. This way we were the first ones to arrive at the cenotes. This allowed us to be alone in every cenote for at least 10 min which was very much appreciated. Along the road Carlos took it upon himself to explain about the villages, culture and nature that we passed by. Carlos also answered all of our questions in detail.
Dear Matthias, Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with Carlos as your guide. We're also pleased that you were able to enjoy the cenotes peacefully and have them all to yourselves for some time. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! Warm greetings from the entire quality team at Amigo Tours, Chelsea
Having our own private tour was fantastic, our driver was so knowledgeable (we requested English speaking) ad I learnt so much about the area , and of course the cenotes . When your 16 yr old gets the camera out you know you are somewhere special .
Avoid going, horses are used for traction, animal exploitation tourism. I felt bad throughout the trip, the distance covered was long and the animals were weak.

The three Cuzama Cenotes (at Santa Barbara) were wonderful. I especially appreciated that our guide Freddy decided to pick us up early so we beat the crowds and had the first cenote to ourselves. It was very tranquil and magical. Freddy was very experienced, answered our many questions about the area, had excellent English skills, and kept an eye on our belongings while we swam. The meal at the restaurant by the cenotes (where there are also changing rooms) was hearty and tasty. Overall, a great day trip that I highly recommend!

Dear Susana, we are so happy to know you had a nice time along with our partner, we hope to see you again soon! Ivana, Amigo Tours
Although the tour of the 4 cenotes is quite rustic, we really enjoyed the visit. The cenotes are very nice and take you in a very friendly truck.
This was my favorite part of the trip!! I loved how easy it was to be picked up directly from our hotel and guided through the locations. Definitely the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life and would love to go back and experience it again one day. 100% recommend!
Hello dear 774amber, thanks a lot for posting your comments, we truly appreciate them. It´s nice to know you had a great time during this tour and we hope to see you soon once again! Mariana, Amigo tours
Cenotes mainl accessible via tours, fun tour with a range of Cenotes. Bring goggles or snorkel if not confirmed. Cenotes are beautiful but not allowed to remove lifejacket which is annoying. Great photo opportunities if you bring something to keep your phone in. Also you might get lucky with fish that nibble on your feet to clean them.
Dear Amig@ Thank you very much for letting us know about your experience, we love to know that you enjoyed it to the fullest. We look forward to serving you again on your next trip. Dulce, Amigo Tours
My 22 year old daughter and I did the three cenotes here and very much enjoyed seeing the three types of cenotes, swimming in them and eating the food at the end of the day!
Dear Amig@ Thank you very much for letting us know your comments, without a doubt an unparalleled place to appreciate the 3 types of cenotes and enjoy its freshwaters. We are glad you were able to enjoy a delicious Yucatecan meal, nothing better to end this experience. We are glad you enjoyed this experience. Dulce, Amigo Tours
It is terrible to see that you pay to visit a beautiful place and that it is overshadowed by the terrible treatment that they give to the horses that pull the carts on the tracks, these animals do not carry the correct trawling equipment, the weight of 8 people without taking stock with the weight of the people is terrible, but the most dreadful thing is that I went and a horse was bleeding from its legs and the trunk since a tie with which I had to pull the cart was cutting his face. It's amazing that with everything they earn, they mistreat animals like this, there's no place where they can be seen to be refreshed or given water is terrible. I'll file a complaint for animal abuse
Dulce, Amigo Tours
