Itinerary
Here you can appreciate the agricultural terraces and a temple built on the palace of the Inca. It is an authentic place to appreciate the hand-made workshops and the process of coloring the alpaca wool from native plants as the Incas did.
This is a sacred place where the Incas used as a laboratory for their experiments in agriculture, from controlling the production of the entire sacred valley and the Inca Tawantinsuyo empire.
Visit this beautiful pre-Inca place where the locals harvest the salt by Inca style using the method of evaporation.
Here you will visit the resting place of General Ollantay and it is the last Inca town inhabited today. On some sites many houses are built.

Maras and Moray Salt Mines, is a fantastic tour, where you can see and visit two of the most interesting Inca archaeological sites in Peru, the "green houses" of the Incas in Moray with an impressive deep amphitheater like Terrace revolving around agricultural beauty; and the Maras Salt Mine, see how the salt streams evaporate naturally while sunbathing and in the afternoon after visiting the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo we will drop you at the train station for Machupicchu or at your hotel in Ollantaytambo.

We had a lovely time. “John” was on time and picked us up from our hotel in Cusco. I spoke a little Spanish and him a little English so we got by. We were brought to 2 extra places (one for crafts and another for some local drink making) we bought a few bits at each. John was ok with making an extra stop on the way to our hotel. My husband wanted to stop into a craft beer shop. We had a great day and a good way to break up the time In the sacred valley
Amazing variety of sites, lanscapes, interesting explanations from the driver. Excellent driving in a Yaris. No need to take a guide if you speak spanish. Efficient your on a one way to Ollatayambo

Our family was picked up by Yoban from Cusco Airport and taken to Ollantaytambo. The stops at the sights made it very nice and a good use of the time on the way. Yoban was an excellent driver and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Our guide, “Roger”, was waiting for us at baggage pickup and took great care of us throughout the trip. The SUV was clean and in great shape. My wife is fluent in Spanish and enjoyed speaking with him on the way. It’s a bumpy long haul but the stops to see the sites were well planned and not rushed.

We had a wonderful time with this service for our drive from Cusco to Ollantaytmabo. The driver was wonderful and knew english. He made some fun stops at a llama sanctuary where we also got to see a weaving demonstration and were served tea in traditional drinkware. The other stops were wonderful as well and the driver provided us information for each. Instead of getting off at ollantaytambo, we requested a stop at our hotel which was half an hour away and we paid a little extra for that but it was very convenient for us. Definitely recommend booking this service.

The driver guide, yoban, was very kind and polite to drive. Even when I was about to get altitude sickness, they gave me a good scented medicine and improved it. The sightseeing spots were also very wonderful and became unforgettable memories. The people at the office can be assured that Watts Up will respond quickly.

John arrived at our Cusco hotel at 9, as we had agreed. He spoke great English and was incredibly friendly and flexible throughout our trip. He was always there to guide us to the entrance of each site we visited. He also shared some fascinating insights into the daily life of Peru, the places we were exploring, and the places we were passing through. The Chinchero, Maras Salt Mines, and Moray sites were all incredibly interesting and very different from each other. We really appreciate John going above and beyond to make an extra stop for us at the Ollantaytambo ruins before dropping us off at our hotel. If it hadn’t been for him, we would have missed it completely due to our tight schedule.
