Very knowledgeable guide! Very fit too. He knew a lot about the town! He was flexible. Cusco is a nice town. The sky is blue and lots of vendors and streets. There was a parade today.
They cancelled the tour and I left to do other things. Then they sent a WhatsApp saying they were leaving to the tour at 2:04p. I understand due to the protest; however I tried to call the number given on the app and no one answered. I need a refund. None of this was my fault.
I don’t understand why are you trying to tarnish my reputation. I never canceled the tour I waited for you for more than 30 minutes, I wrote you through Viator, through WhatsApp with no reply from your part. 46 minutes later you tried to call me? I am sorry but you are not the only one in these tours and it’s your fault if you cannot manage your tours and schedules on time.
We absolutely loved the tour and our guide! We learned so much about the city and history of the Inca peoples. Waldo was fantastic with his time and information. He even spent an extra 30 minutes with us!
Glad you enjoyed the walking tour!
