Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Flamenco Beach: Turquoise waters, white sand, and stunning mountain views. Easy access by taxi, golf cart, or jeep. Food kiosks, showers, and restrooms available. Tortuga Beach (Culebrita): Crystal-clear waters and natural tide pools. Accessible by boat only—perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Return to Ceiba – Transportation Information Once you arrive back at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, your driver will be waiting for you at the White Tents waiting area by the ticket center. Please do not cross the street near Gate 2 of the ferry terminal. Remain under the white tents for pickup. The driver will be holding an I VENTURES sign with our pink sun (magenta) logo for easy identification. Driver contact information will be shared with you on the day of your tour for smooth coordination.
Return to San Juan The drive from Ceiba back to San Juan takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. We will provide drop-off directly at your hotel or original pickup location for your convenience.

(Last pick-up point is Fairmont 6:45 am) Saturday & Sunday are between 5:20 am to 5:50 am (Last pick-up point is Fairmont 5:50 am) All pick-ups will be at the front entrance of the Hotel, guests must wait outside, not inside in he lobby. We will share Van picture for reference.

Great experience, easy to follow
The ride was very comfortable to the ferry. Johnathan was professional and polite. Make sure to state your 1st and last name for the driver to know who you are, last name was not enough and could have gotten left if I did not show my email to the driver. None the less Culebra was an amazing experience.
1000/10 would recommend! So easy for us first timers to san juan/PR. The beach was incredible and the transportation was super easy and our driver was fabulous! Jonathan was the best!
Booking a ride and ticket for the ferry through here definitely made it more convenient. The ferry ride is rough if you get motion sick. Be prepared and have Dramamine in hand. We went to flamenco beach and had a wonderful time.
Overall island experience was good. Driving around with the golf cart was probably the most fun. The water at Tamarindo Beach for snorkeling was a bit cloudy and not much sea life except for one stingray and small reef shark. We were able to leave our beach bag while we went snorkeling without issue. The one comment I have is the ship was 1 hour late to depart, which cut short the time on Culebra island without any extra hour on the back end to accommodate.

A place worth visiting, the transportation was appropriate, comfortable, and safe. Edwin clarified all our doubts and was always willing to help.
The experience was exactly as described in the activity; they fulfilled everything, excellent service.
The boat ride can make you very ill if you're susceptible to that sort of thing. Also all the ride vendors yelling at you when getting off the ferry can be disorienting. We had a great experience other than that. Our ride to Cieba was awesome, our driver Jonathan was top-notch. Professional company all around!
It was an amazing experience! It is a long day, but still wish we had more time to explore the area.
