Cu Chi Tunnel Countryside Cycling Tour

Description
A relaxed cycling excursion is an exciting and different way to see the historical Cu Chi Tunnels of Vietnam. Plus, riders on this tour will see not only the Tunnels themselves, but also some of the surrounding forest and local industry that makes the woodlands of Cu Chi an exciting and culturally rich part of Vietnam. This is a relaxed tour with a relatively flat route and a high ratio of cultural exploration to cycling time, so it is a good choice for families or those not very experienced on a bike

This bike tour was without doubt our favourite family activity on our recent trip to South East Asia. Our guide Tien and our driver (going by the name Happy Buddha) went well out of their way to make us feel welcome and energised for the whole day (no easy feat with 3 teenagers). We had varying levels of bike riding ability so Tien would check in with me to make sure the next part of the 27km journey would be suitable for all. The scenery was indeed beautiful, but for me it was the interactions with the locals on the country road back streets as they waved, smiled and occasionally broke into some English. We even went on an impromptu tour of a vase factory as we happened to have a fruit break under a tree out the front of their property. Of course the tour of Cu Chi tunnels was also an exciting experience with Tien encouraging my reluctant daughter to get through a 20 meter section of tunnel. The trip back was full of stories and laughter. I would definitely engage Mr Biker Saigon again and next time likely for an overnight tour.
Whilst I was in Saigon I did two tours with Mr Biker Saigon that were both fantastic. The first tour was the “Ho Chi Minh City Countryside Cycling Tour” and then a couple of days later I went on the “Cu Chi Tunnels Countryside Cycling Tour”. I would recommend both. The entire team at Mr Biker Saigon are very professional and every aspect of the tour is perfect from prompt communication before the tour, to excellent guides on the tour, plus ensuring the bikes were in good condition through to plenty of quality food and an excellent vehicle for transport for when not riding. I look forward to enjoying a multi day tour on my next visit to Vietnam.

We're delighted that you appreciated our team's professionalism and attention to detail, from communication to the quality of our guides, bikes, food, and transportation. We can't wait to welcome you back and show you even more of our beautiful country's hidden gems! Best regards, The Mr Biker Saigon team
We did a custom 2 day trip with Binh in Ninh Binh and Pu Luong. Everything worked brilliantly and Binh was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable and accommodated our specific route request perfectly. The homestay in Pu Luong was beautiful and all the food over the 2 days was delicious! Highly recommend Mr Biker and Binh himself!
Thank you very much James for your great review. We are so happy to assist you arranging the trip to Cu Chi and Ninh Binh - Pu Luong. See you and your parents again soon riding other parts of Vietnam.
My husband and I did a day on a bike tour and it was incredible. Our guide was Minh and he told us everything about the city, we made stops at important tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh and we even had a very tasty coffee. We were with another really cool family and we had a lot of fun.
