Please wait outside the reception of your hotels, by the road. The mini bus or vans that will be picking you up, will be hired by Rhodes Sea Lines and have a small sign on the window, if not sure ask the driver.

The bus driver who picked us up was the grumpiest man ever. Meant to be a hotel pick up but even although it was only a few min walk it still wasn’t a hotel pick up. The boat had a really high step to get on and not like the gang plank that was shown in the pictures.. the female toilet was swimming in water?? I hope it was water and didn’t flush properly.. symi was beautiful and well worth the visit.
Great evening trip. Speedy boat to St George’s bay for a great swim with the kids - the noodle floaters were an added touch which we didn’t expect. An hour or so with two 2 kids is enough to enjoy the Symi bay. Cannot recommend enough ‘Mediterranean’- it has the best Caipirinha beyond Brazil and if you don’t drink then the Apple, mint and Ginger cocktail is amazing - wish I could bottle it and bring it home. Great sunset journey back.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication from the company, transfers all on time, door to door. The cruise itself was brilliant, staff polite and helpful, 1 hour journey to Symi, Symi is stunning and a must for any traveller! Restaurants, cafes, shops all beautiful. Trip back stopped off at St George's Bay for swimming. Pool noodles handed out, clear tranquil water, staff vigilant on the boat. Trip back to Rhodes smooth and fast.
Would definitely recommend this trip to symi island! Our transfer picked us up outside our hotel about 20 minutes before departure time, the boat was very smooth and only took 1hr 15 to get from Rhodes to the island. We had three hours to explore symi which was plenty of time to see the sights and even grab some food. On the journey back we stopped for 30 minutes at St George’s bay and it was beautiful! Our favourite part of the whole trip!
An experience to have if you choose to spend your vacation on the island of Rhodes... the use of modern boats that shorten travel times with their speed makes the crossing very pleasant. The transfers from the various hotels to the port of Mandraki were also well organized, and finally, the hospitality and professionalism of Rhodes Sealines made our experience unforgettable.
So glad we booked with Rhodes Sea Lines. 100% trustworthy. Easy to book and had confirmation quickly. As we booked with the operator directly we had the option of choosing a late time to travel so went with the 3.15pm sailing to Symi and was able to enjoy cooler weather and a beautiful sunset as we left the island. The crossing was a lot of fun and quick. Eleftheria picked us up and she was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel transfer was cheaper than using a taxi for 4 of us and also gave us reassurance we'd be at the port at the right time. Would definitely book with them in future. The experience was amazing Symi was a stunning island we really enjoyed our time there and at George’s bay was amazing, the sea was a bit choppy and we had two little girls with us, we were all soaked for the journey across. But all in all it was an amazing trip
What an excellent experience, got picked up from the hotel by minibus transfer straight to the port then queued to get on board the high speed boat with racing seats! Was great to be on the sea and only an hour transfer to Symi. The island is beautiful lots of little shops and restaurant / cafe’s to enjoy. Got back to the boat and then enjoyed a stop in St George’s bay were we dropped anchor and had a swim for 30mins which was really nice to jump off the back of the boat and enjoy the water with swimming noodles provided! Staff friendly and overall a great day experience. Thank you.
No pickup at my hotel at the scheduled time, no information, dismal
Amazing trip! There was a last minute change to my booking where the boat was leaving from a different harbour however, the company arranged for a transfer from my hotel which was on time and ran smoothly. The crew were fantastic and would definitely recommend this activity :)
