Truly wonderful experience- Rajan our driver was knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to have. Comfortable vehicle with a/c and water supplied. Local lunch was great too
Very versatile, lunch is Indian, which is not our taste. But that's individual.

The tour was varied. Our guide explained a lot but did not come to explain everything on the spot. That was individual. Lunch was ok, but not to our taste. If you like Indian cuisine, you may love it.

Great excursion. Roy was a skilled driver. Because we only had 6 people, there was no official guide, but Roy did a good job of telling us what the agenda was and showing us all the important spots. Easy pick up and drop off at the port! We did end up skipping the pewter place (our choice) due to traffic. Several of the stops were short, quick photo stops which were sufficient for us. Good contact information via WhatsApp.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Port Klang shore excursion and that Roy’s skilled driving and clear guidance made the tour smooth and enjoyable. We have only done the ship's excursions on previous world cruises, but after talking to people who had tried independent excursions (and saved a lot of money), we thought we would give it a go. We could not be happier. For half the cost, we had total control over where we went, how long we stayed (NO VISITING "SHOPS" THAT ARE JUST PAID ADVERTISEMENTS" Thank you), and had the best air-conditioned van to retreat to to beat the heat. Our driver Yaz was exceptional, rolling with changing plans and driving safely in very heavy traffic. We were all cautioned by the ship that a national holiday was going to make traffic crazy and we might be late back to the ship. Yay listened to our concerns and got us back early, stopping when we needed a break or a coffee. I'll never do another excursion from a bus with a group of strangers. Cheaper and SO MUCH BETTER.
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your fantastic feedback. We are thrilled to hear that your independent shore excursion from Port Klang exceeded your expectations. It’s wonderful that Yaz’s professionalism, flexibility, and safe driving made your experience seamless and enjoyable, even with heavy traffic. We’re glad the comfort of the air-conditioned van and the personalized itinerary added to your satisfaction. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you on another tour in the future. Best regards, M. Zaid
We had a great driver and guide called Jo booked for 6.5 hours to give us a personalised glimpse of some of the KL sights. He didn’t disappoint - with ‘drive by’ viewings of key sights and architecture including the Twin Towers, an authentic lunch and visit to the Batu Caves. We also visited the pewter factory and batik workshop - each of which were interesting and had excellent guides of their own. Jo was extremely knowledgeable with very good English (in addition to Chinese and Malay) who made the trip a great experience. His level of communications and timekeeping were spot on. Highly recommended.

Easy pick up and communication very good. Driver did well and we saw all the sights we wanted. Great driving in difficult circumstances due to limited parking as it was a celebration week and also amount of traffic on roads.
