- Ability to swim is essential! Please do not book this tour if you don't have decent swimming ability. Non swimmers will not be allowed on the kayaks and you will not be refunded.
- Minimum of 7 years old
- Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you'll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it's no problem getting changed there.
- Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity
- Not recommended for travelers with severe shoulder or back issues

Mateo was a great guide! It was a windy day and choppy conditions but he did a great job guiding us through the tough waters. He taught us a lot about the history of where we were as well which was a great addition to the tour.
the experience crossing the sea and when we jumped from the cliff was very amazing. and we experince big wave close to the cliff. Our guide Henri really professional we felt safe with his guidance. I enjoyed so much…want to join again next time for sure. thanks to Henri bravooo

My wife and I were in Barcelona for our honeymoon, we decided on the cliff jumping, snorkeling, and kayaking with Marcos! Not only was Marcos extremely knowledgeable & attentive, he was also super friendly and made the experience so much fun. The tour was affordable, the group we were with was fantastic, and the lunch was great. We will never forget the memories we made with him!
Such a lovely day out on the water! So many fish and clear sea. I accidentally stepped on a sea urchin and Mateu kindly picked them out for me. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for some nature after Barcelona.
