Together we will prepare typical dishes of the Campanian tradition, using genuine ingredients and recipes handed down for generations. You will learn the secrets of Sorrento cuisine, from the classic gnocchi alla sorrentina to the delicious aubergine parmesan with the possibility to adapt the menu according to the season. At the end of the course. enjoy your creations in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scents. Brilliant experience. Lots of fun and good food. Met some lovely people and learned how to make some good dishes
From the start to the end, the experience was amazing. We made tiramisu, eggplant parmesan, and gnocchi from scratch. Everyone was super friendly and we had so much fun in our group! Would highly recommend.
Such a wonderful evening in beautiful outdoor terrace kitchen under the stars. A tour of the garden showed us vegetables and fruits growing - aubergines/eggplant, courgettes, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, cabbage, olives, oranges and lemons and grapes and more. Tony the chef was great and we learned how to make gnocchi, aubergine parmigiana and tiramisu. The other guests were lovely, we had a fabulous evening together and exchanged contacts, we will keep in touch. We loved eating on a long table and drinking the homemade wine and limoncello. It was a highlight of our holiday, would definitely recommend!

An excellent 4 hour experience and a lot of fun. The tour of the grounds and the cooking experience was amazing! Highly recommend this local family. I recommend booking directly with the business and not a booking company. The free shuttle to and back was a great plus!
