Cooking Class and Lunch at a Tuscan Farmhouse with Local Market Tour from Florence

We are so happy that we chose this cooking class! It was absolutely worth the money and time! Cris and Erika were fantastic, very friendly, personable and funny! We did the market tour and enjoyed that, got a few samples. The setting in the countryside right outside of Florence was breathtaking! We were very glad that we got out of town. We were offered plenty of wine and even beer if you didnt like wine. The only thing I would suggest would be to offer lemonade or soda for children, not just water. Thank you Cris and Erika for great experience!

This experience was so much fun to do as a family (with our adult children)! Stefania took us through the Mercato Centrale before class, explaining where the ingredients come from and what we would be making. After that we boarded a blessedly air conditioned bus out to the hills of the Tuscan countryside. The views were breathtaking!! We walked to the gorgeous commercial kitchen, again with amazing views of the olive orchards. The class with Stefania and Erika was truly special. They made it fun, interesting, and we learned some things to bring back to our cooking style at home! Everything was explained with enthusiasm and a sense of humor, which we all loved. The food was delicious, the environment outstanding, the wine…chef’s kiss! Highly highly recommend.

From start to finish, this experience was absolutely perfect. Our guide/chefs Chris and Erika were a match made in heaven — the two of them together made the whole day so fun, welcoming, and memorable. We laughed the entire time AND made some of the best food we ate in Italy!! A special touch: I was 5 months pregnant, and I mentioned it to Chris once, and he kept an eye out for me the entire day. Since I couldn't eat the tiramisu we made, he even surprised me with my own fun dessert of fresh fruit!! I cannot recommend this enough. I literally tell everyone I know who's heading to Florence that they HAVE to book this specific tour. If you're on the fence, just do it!! Thank you Chris and Erika for such an incredible day!

This was everything I imagined it would be and more! The setting was beautiful, the hosts and instructor were entertaining, and we learned a lot.

What a wonderful experience! The energy and atmosphere provided by Erica Stefania (sp) were so engaging. We enjoyed the food the activity and met lovely people as well! Cooked everything at home already and it was soooo good!!

It was a lot of fun! Great hands on experience and food was delicious. They did a great job! However, the meeting point was a bit confusing in the morning. And we were told we would receive recipes via email. Have not yet received them.

10/10 experience!!!! I booked this class for myself, husband and 2 young adult sons. It FAR exceeded any expectations!! The location was beautiful, the instructors (Erica and Stephanie) were wonderful, and we learned so much!!! I can't say enough. They were even able to accommodate our allergy needs so well!!! I hope to return someday for another class❤️

This was a fantastic day from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this class enough, Erika and Stefania were both fantastic hosts and made me (solo traveller) feel included and welcomed wholeheartedly. They explain everything really well and answered any questions we had. 10/10! If you’re unsure, book it! Fantastic views too!

The market tour was lots of fun, especially buying food that we used to make our meal. The cooking class was hands on and fun to meet new people and cook with them.

What a great fun! Anyone should do this while in Florence - even if you’re not a good cook ;) In the morning, our guide and sous chef Chris walked us through the Central Market, giving us a simple taste of the local grocery scene. After a short ride, we arrived at this beautiful house looking over Tuscan hills. There Erica welcomes us and our cooking class officially started. We had the most fun making our own fresh pasta and tiramisu. The dishes are simple, hearty, made with local ingredients - and by ourselves - compliments to the chefs <3 Oh and the wine… just keep them coming :)
