Complete Game of Thrones Experience in Dubrovnik
Description
See the best of both, the Old Town and Dubrovnik's surroundings, and learn the history alongside the filming details. The tour has two segments: a walking part and a driving part. The walking tour (2 hours): Your guide takes you through the filming locations in the Old Town, with plenty of behind-the-scenes stories. Our guides include Katja, who worked as a costume designer on the set. You will learn the history of this magnificent city and finish at the Iron Throne, where your photo is free. The driving tour (3 hours): In an air-conditioned vehicle we drive up Srđ, the hill the cable car climbs, and the King's Road in the show, for the panoramic view over the Old Town and the islands. We then continue to Trsteno Arboretum, 18 km up the coast: one of the oldest arboretums in Europe, and the Red Keep gardens of King's Landing. Drop-off included anywhere in Dubrovnik or at the cruise port.

Brsalje ul. 2, 20000, Dubrovnik, Croatia We meet by the Amerling fountain at Pile square, outside of the old town, near Dubravka restaurant, search for a Targaryen umbrella, black umbrella with red dragons- that's our meeting location.
Before we start doing stairs to St Lawrence fort, you'll be shown scenes taken at King's Landing port ant Bay of Blackwatter. In Lovrijenac akk.Red Keep, after showing scenes filmed there, you will have a 10 minute break for taking photos, there is also a restroom in the fort. From top terrace we will enjoy great views on Lokrum island and City wall ( a lot of scenes were filmed there too). Have in mind there are some stairs to be taken to the top, but the guide will not rush you, pace of the tour is relaxed, but if you feel at any point you won't be able to climb to the top, let the guide know so you can rejoice with the group later. Our amazing old city was used as King's Landing, but you will hear few facts about Dubrovnik as well, walk on Stradun, main street used for filming of Robin Hood and Star wars as well.
As soon as we pass the famous monument and market place,we will reach the most famous staircase in the world! In front of Bailor's sept (photoshop) we will recreate famous walk of shame!
We end walking part of n the tour on Iron throne, some people take photos, some propose their girlfriend on the most famous chair in the world, some just buy Tyrion souvnirs:)if you started at 10 am, it is your free time until 2:30 pm.if you started at 12:30, we continue our tour in a car at 2:30 pm!

After visiting Hotel Belvedere we go outside Old town to Trsteno, 500- year old botanical garden akk.garden of King's Landing. After our last stop we take you back in city center or port or your hotel.

Wondeful experience. We were able to see everything and take lots of pictures. The tour guides were wonderful and informative. Croatia is a country I want to explore more further in the future.
Katja our guide worked on GOT. She had some great insights on the filming and the characters. We took the extended tour including the gardens. The gardens are in the country side so another plus to see the area outside the city. A great tour, we enjoyed our day.

This was a great tour! I was the only GOT fan, but my whole group loved it. We did the whole day, and both guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. We got back to our cruise ship with time to spare.
