Everything went exactly as planned from start to finish. The booking process through Viator was entirely hassle-free, and they clearly have impressive availability compared to other providers in the area. When we arrived, the instructor was exceptionally patient and walked us through the navigation rules, safety protocols, and boat operation with total clarity. This made getting out onto Lake Como straightforward and stress-free, even for a self-drive rental. Overall, it was a fantastic way to see the lake at our own pace. Amazing boat ride, good introduction and nice staff. We recommend 2+ hour booking for proper time on the Lake, but 1 hour can also do for a shorter experience.

We had a very great experience with the six of us and a dog. Very good stable boat ( almost new boat) and easy to maneuver. Also the explanation of the tourguide was perfect in english. Very helpfull and had a great time on the lake. He was very easy to reach via Whatsapp and send some pictues over with the swim area.
Was really pleased by the friendly instructor and the Brand new boat. It functioned really well. On the boat we had the Most fun possible. Would recommend it to everyone
