There some good sights to see but limited in number. We got around all of them in two hours which left us time for shopping. I did not that so I finished early.
Dear, Mario Wow! Thank you so much for your wonderful recommendation. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. It was a pleasure serving you, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back to Sri Lanka again in the future. Warm regards, MACK Travel Sri Lanka
We had a great trip around Colombo with „Colombo Tuk Tuk”. Fast and easy communication on WhatsApp, quick agreement on the date and timing as well as the route. The driver was on time, he was professional (driving well and safely through the town). The trip fully met our expectations as we wanted to visit Colombo without any „fancy” things and survive 3h ride with small kids. In addition the price for the service was reasonable for a family (per hour) in comparison to other offers (per person and per hour).

An excellent driver and a great day. Our driver gave us lots of options with either venues where we could do photo stops or we could go inside and spend a little longer. We visited a lot of different places, which we loved! We went to 2 shops, one was a jewellery shop but that wasn’t on our agenda, and a souvenir shop with quality souvenirs. This was much more up our street. We both agree it was a 5 star day and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Dear John Wow! Thank you so much for your wonderful recommendation, We hope to see you back Sincerely. Best Regards! MACK Travel Sri Lanka
We had a great driver who gave us great options of where we wanted to see and when we got to each place he would have some information on the place and we’d have options to go inside or take photos and carry on. It was a wonderful experience! I rate our experience 5*****! There was an option to buy jewels or souvenirs at the end of our tour, we didn’t want jewels but we loved the souvenir shop. Overall I rate our driver and our trip most highly and would recommend them to anyone who wants to see Colombo, in a wonderfully enjoyable way!
Dear Rosemary Wow! Thank you so much for your wonderful recommendation, We hope to see you back Sincerely. Best Regards! MACK Travel Sri Lanka
Very nice view but too bad that the water around is green, full of garbage and with a smell where you really have to have your heart hung. Apart from these details, there is a nice view of Colombo.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the view of Colombo, as it truly offers a unique perspective of the city.
Ronnie took us to some great spots including a Hindu temple where we were the only ones witnessing their 6:00pm rituals. Very special.
Dear Alan Wow! Thank you so much for your wonderful recommendation, We hope to see you back Sincerely. Best Regards! MACK Travel Sri Lanka
Great communication with Mack Tours and our guide/driver Ronny prior to excursion. It was easy to find each other at our meeting place. Ronny was very friendly and did well to understand the main things we wanted to see as well as showing us special sites in Colombo - like the Lotus tower. We really enjoyed the Tuk tuk, Ronny, and the personal attention. Thank you for a wonderful tour. Highly recommend.

This is really a personalized taxi service without site information. The itinerary is excellent, visiting many key sites, and is flexible. The allotted time on some sites is tight, resulting in feeling rushed at times. One suggestion is to avoid starting too late. I suggested following the itinerary in reverse due to site closing times. The driver agreed but then dropped me at another site, telling me where he'd pick me up. When I went to the pick-up site, he wasn't there. After 15 minutes of waiting and texting, he finally showed and told me we couldn't visit the previously discussed reversed last site because they were closing soon. An hour had been planned for this site during this 4-hour outing. I was told to see it on my own. The same drop-off and not returning to the designated spot happened a couple more times. I finally directed him to the final sites, mainly temples, I wanted to see and ditched a few since it was now too dark to see them. We still had an hour to go, so he suggested shopping. Considering the diappearing, I honestly was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find him amongst the crowds on a Saturday night in a busy shopping area. The second suggestion is that the driver needs to stay put. Third, allow the customer to select their key places to see and 3-4 sites they're okay if they miss since the itinerary is very busy. I saw the key temples I wanted, but the process was frustrating at times.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the itinerary and were able to visit many of the key sites you wished to see. However, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced during the tour. We understand your concerns regarding the timing of the visits and the communication surrounding the changes to the itinerary. We also acknowledge that the driver's absence from the agreed pickup locations caused inconvenience and uncertainty, which is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. We agree that identifying priority sites in advance and allowing flexibility for less important stops can help create a more enjoyable and relaxed experience. We will also reinforce with our drivers the importance of remaining at agreed pickup points and maintaining clear communication throughout the tour. Thank you again for your valuable comments. Feedback such as yours helps us improve our services and provide a better experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a smoother and more enjoyable tour experience. Kind regards, Ronnie MACK Travel Sri Lanka
