Description
We will start by 8AM in the morning from where you staying in Colombo, Negombo or suburbs. Then you will shift to an open concept 4×4 safari jeep and will reach the Kaudulla, Minneriya or Hurulu eco national park (based on the transitioning behavior of wildlife creatures) where the largest elephant gatherings are happening in Sri Lanka. Spotting them near the lake will be one of the most interesting highlights of your Sri Lanka trip. Our trekker will ride you to the spots where you can spot these creatures. Evening Snacks will be provided. In the end, we will drop you to Trincomalee or Niaveli and along the memories grabbed across the day.

Itinerary
Minneriya National Park was designated as a national park on 12 August 1997, having been originally declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1938. The reason for declaring the area is to protect the catchment of Minneriya tank and the wildlife of the surrounding area. The tank is of historical importance, having been built by King Mahasen in the third century AD. The park is a dry season feeding ground for the elephant population dwelling in forests of Polonnaruwa, and Trincomalee districts. Along with Kaudulla and Girithale, Minneriya forms one of the 70 Important bird areas of Sri Lanka.
As a value addition you will serve with authentic lunch (made by local villagers and a complimentary carbon neutral paddle boat ride on the village lake.

Super professional experience. Our driver Gayan was so kind and pointed out to us lots of animals and interesting plants on our way. The ride was smooth and comfortable. The safari was incredible!!!!! We would definitely recommend this company as a way to get around in Sri Lanka, with great experiences on route!
We booked a tour from Trincomalee to Colombo Airport, passing by Sigiriya and a Safari at Minneriya National Park. They always responded on time. However, on the day of the activity they stopped answering and we are still waiting. NO ANSWER on any platform. WE WANT THE REFUND!
I actually did this in reverse. It was a last minute booking due to the train strikes in Sri Lanka but it worked out really well and I’m so glad I did it. It was all very smooth - the driver picked me up from the hotel and took me to Minnerya where a safari keep and guide were waiting to head to the park. The safari itself was lovely and taken at a very leisurely pace. I was then delivered back to the driver who brought me right to my hotel in Negombo. As a lone, female traveller I felt perfectly safe the whole time.
Very recommended for anyone Who needs to move from Colombo to Trinco adding an amazing experience in The middle
I booked the transfer tour between Trincomalee and Colombo and it was fantastic. We spoke via Whatsapp and they were very responsive and extremely professional. The minivan came to pick me up at my hotel and was confortable, spacious with AC. The tour was wonderful, the village, the lunch, the safari... I had a lovely experience.
Well organized tour, wonderful safari, before the safari the traditional lunch was the best I have tried so far in Sri Lanka. The only notable thing is the first part of the pre-lunch outing, in which you move in the middle of a traditional Sri Lankan transport (a cart pulled by an ox), although perhaps it makes sense to give work to people who otherwise would not have it. they would have made us feel very guilty for the animal. The journey is short, but done like this only for tourists it's a little sad... in any case, a highly recommended and unforgettable tour.
