All things considered, it was very good service. Friendly and helpful driver. Traffic was really bad, so we left an hour late, but it was not Mahaweli's fault.
Very comfortable minivan. Dulaj was a great and very careful driver! We got to see a herbal garden as well during our stop. I have to mention that I forgot one of my shopping bags in the van after the drop off and Dulaj was so kind he got out of his schedule to bring it to where I was staying! Would recommend their services.

The vehicle, a Honda Vezel, was clean, well-maintained, and provided a smooth and safe journey. Mr. Dulaj was courteous and an excellent driver, ensuring a safe and timely trip. There was also another foreign couple traveling with me, and he managed everything seamlessly without any delays. The shuttle service is excellent and very convienient for us to travel. The prior booking process makes it easier for us to reserve a seat and its super easy to communicate with company. The driver and the coordinator provides a very friendly service therefore it's easy to plan and Coordinate the trip.

Travelling in between Colombo and Kandy was do much easier for me because of the shuttle service. The service is great plus the communication is commendable. The chauffeurs make sure we are safely arrived at the destination and coordinators are really friendly.
