Driver did not show up for the time of pickup. It was late at night and we hardly found replacement ride to the airport. I would not recommend this operator.
I was grateful for the communication in adva ce of the transfer date. Once we confirmed the time I was provided with the nsme and phone number of my driver. He was not only on time but early. The car was clean. The deiver very nice and helpful.

A good driver who drove us there safely and we made it on time. He was 15 mins later than the scheduled pick up time and that did stress us out a bit but we made it.
The driver was right on time to our hotel and we had no problem getting back to the airport. Was more expensive than a cab but we had 4 big suitcases plus 4 backpacks so it was convenient for our family to have private van transport.

<p>The driver stopped his dirty car on the way to the airport for a personal errand. I had to sit in the car for about five minutes. This is inexcusable, especially when I'm trying to get to the airport. Also, I was asked to pay the toll, which I've never done in any other country. Not sure this is something that is standard,but I paid a 35 USD fee up front and shouldn't have to pay a toll on top of that. Ridiculous!</p>
<p>For ease of convenience we booked a car transfer in both directions. It was great to know we did not have to join a long queue for a taxi and both cars and drivers we had were if a high standard. The return departure was timed for five hours before our flight as there is runway resurfacing work during the day at Colombo Airport presently meaning flights are scheduled into night hours and the airport can get busy. We had no problems though and were soon through into the departure lounge. I can recommend the Lotus First Class lounge if you want a special experience.</p>
