Coffee Lovers Dream - Cappuccino and Tiramisù Class in Florence

Description
Breathe in the rich aroma of freshly brewed moka coffee as it bubbles on the stove in a Florentine kitchen. Guided by a local chef, you’ll whisk silky milk into a cloud-like foam, then sip the cappuccino you’ve crafted with your own hands. Next comes dessert: soak biscuits in fragrant coffee, layer them with smooth mascarpone cream, and dust with cocoa to create the perfect tiramisù. To finish, indulge in a bite-sized Italian pastry for a final touch of dolcezza. Lively, hands-on, and filled with the flavors of la dolce vita, this class invites you to savor every step—and take home recipes, skills, and memories to relive Florence at your own table.

It was an amazing experience and Federico was an excelent teacher. We had an incredible time and it was a lot of fun. We certainly would like to come some other time
It was a super fun start to the morning. The chef was super lovely and informative. We made the best tiramisu I have ever had and learning about how the Italians do coffee, which was interesting. It was well thought out and something different to do with when all the walking and crowds get too much. We felt like we genuinely experienced some Italian culture that wasn’t over touristy.
Great fun! Interesting visit to the public market to source ingredients for the cooking class. Roberta leads the cooking class with years of experience, delivering great information with a touch of humor. Well done! I highly recommend this cooking experience.
We had such a delightful class! We learned a lot and appreciated the hands-on experience. Our instructor shared details with us to enhance the experience, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be making it back home. To those with kids, this experience was perfect for them. It was a great length for our two-year-old. They incorporated her into the experience (she just had foamed milk instead of cappuccino), and she loved it. This will be one of our strongest memories from our trip - highly recommend!
Our cooking class with Federico was amazing! My husband and I did the cappuccino, cannoli, & tiramisu cooking class and Federico made it so fun and special. When we come back to Florence, we would love to take another cooking class with him!
Roberta was wonderful! She explained things very well and even shared traditions from her family. We learned quite a bit. And now we have the recipes to take home with us and share with our family.
