What an amazing trip ,the sights were more than worth there money but the experience was made better by our tour guide marcella ,she was so lovely and helpful and insightful but also went above and beyond by giving us tips not just for our paid tour but even when she was off the clock as such she told us stuff to do for our two week holiday ,the bus driver was quiet but he was very cordial and his body language was very professional and even offered to cater to where people wanted dropped off ,love from scotland
The tour itself was quite fast paste moving not allowing enough time to enjoy Tigre. Most of the time was spent inside the van
It was a horrible experience. The tour guide Santiago was very nice. The first hour of the tour was picking people up and we didn’t get picked up at the hotel but three blocks away Second hour was traveling to a small town with no features. Third hour stuck in that town. Fourth hour finally made it to the boat where we had to wait in line to board the boat. Very few seats outside so we were stuck inside. Final hour back to Buenos Aires, again not our pickup spot. We will probably not use Viator again if this is an example of their services.
The tour was fine. It was hard to actually hear much on the boat since it was all pre-recorded information. And the time spent in Tigre city was all shopping, so if you’re into that then it’s worth it.
We all really enjoyed the river boat ride of the tour. It was very enjoyable & a smooth ride. We could have done with less time at the stops getting there. Our guide Diego was very informative & always explained everything clearly. We knew where we were to be when. Would have been nice to have some water bottles waiting for us in the tour coach when we returned from the boat tour.
Very good tour! Most informative. Very interesting a good vision of the delta and life on the river. Interesting to see how in habinents live
The driver and the tour guide were very friendly and informative during the bus ride. The reason for the low rating is that it took an hour to pick everyone up then we stopped at a church for 20 min before going to the boat ride. The boat ride was only one hour and they packed you in the boat. Not a seat open. If you didn’t get a seat on the outside, you will not be able to take pictures. Wish we were told that. It is hard to understand the recording at times. Very interesting history on the Delta. Would encourage a trip of some kind. We were then taken back to the city. You had a choice where you wanted to be dropped off. Read all the details before booking to ensure you understand. I just felt like for the money it wasn’t worth it.
An interesting and enjoyable tour with an excellent guide in Nicolas but it took far too long to get to Tigre which was unnecessary.
Nice little tour to El Tigre town just outside of Buenos Aires. However, I strongly feel that they are overcharging a lot for what the tour offers. I'm quite sure that if I had just taken a taxi to get there and back it would have cost me half the price they charge as they only thing they basically is transportation.
It was great and a good experience for my husband and I The lady that took us to the location did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing on the way and the driver did a great job with driving Kudos to the lady
