Very satisfied with our Cinque Terre tour experience. Our guide, Veronica, knows Cinque Terre very well. She is fully capable to agreeably tailor-make (adjust) the tour if weather or other circumstances arise. She assisted with train ticket purchase. Veronica gave narrative of each town and allowed time for self strolling / shopping. The tour pace was sufficient. She led the tour to areas (views) we would not have found touring on our own. Veronica gave very good restaurant and shop recommendations.
❤️ thank you so much
Attention: the price of $80 per person only includes the guide. All public transportation is extra (train and boat). Nice guide... but we can do without!
Thank you Marine, everything is clearly specified in the tour description, if one reads it. Then I’d like to point out that booking a guide in a foreign country means getting to know the culture of the place you’re visiting, and having them suggest untouched corners where you can truly savor the atmosphere made of history, tradition, and the hard work of the Ligurian people. The guide immerses you in the local culture and doesn’t just share anecdotes, but makes each person live a unique experience — for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see. You were not even with group when I was explaining..... Of course, if you visit a foreign country to skimp on culture and only come to buy bags, then you don’t need a guide. Don’t book it!
We spent our first day in Cinque Terre taking the Classic CinqueTerre Tour with Veronica. It was a great way to not only get to know the 5 towns, but also become comfortable with the trains, ferry system and public bathrooms. As we walked around, we learned about each town, and were given suggestions as to where to eat what during our lunch break. Veronica was a great tour guide. We felt very comfortable afterwards to take on the long hiking trails the following days on our own.
Thanks I am glad you all did the trails, thanks for your kind feedback 🙂❤️
This was a really great day! We really enjoyed the history and beauty of the tour. Veronica did a really nice job explaining everything. Only negative for some people was that the ferry ride was quite difficult for many due to the rough sea. For those of us that were ok with the waves, we were not able to see the beauty of the view from the ferry since the boat was rocking so much.
What an amazing day. Veronica was great, informative, and so helpful. This was so much better than trying to see everything on our own. She helped us navigate the trains and the ferry. We were a small group of 12 to 15 people. She kept us all together and directed us where we needed to be. Myself and one of the members of our party have food allergies. She pointed us in the right direction for a nice lunch where they accommodated our issues.
Thanks again for your kind feedback ❤️❤️❤️
It was an amazing place with absolutely gorgeous views!! Our tour guide did a great job of explaining things and also gave us some time to do what we wanted.
Veronica was an excellent guide. Very caring and detail oriented. She was meticulous about the train and ferry transfers, which everyone appreciated. She was knowledgeable and kind and the tour, (despite crowds) was extremely well handled. A convenient way to see three of the five villages of the Cinque Terre.
Veronica was awesome! She made sure everything went smoothly with our train and ferry transfers to each village. Very knowledgeable guide with great information!
Thank you so much ❤️
Wonderful tour of 4 out of the 5 villages of Cinque Terra. Lots and lots of walking and stairs but so worth it. Our guide Veronica was so amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this tour.
A great way to visit several of the smaller villages across the coastline. We used the train system (the train tickets are not included in the tour price). In warmer months, you’ll also travel by boat, we did not. This was a condensed tour. Friendly, English speaking tour guide. Nice way to see a bit of each village.
