Especially the guide that explained very well and summarized the history and data of the city and helped a lot in the visit to the train of the end of the world
The tour information indicated that it was a Greyline tour but nothing at the meeting spot mentioned Greyline. Can be confusing! Tour was just at 1 1/2 hours. 2 photo opportunity stops. Narration was in English and Spanish. The most interesting part was the double decker bus that was 70 years old and imported from England. Just an average tour experience.
They never showed up ! I had been calling them for the previous 2 days to confirm if they would pick me up from our hotel. No answer. Left several messages and sent emails. No answer ! Decided to go to meeting point at Albatros Hotel. Waited an hour and they never showed up, nor called to explain.
It was a good tour, rather short, but the tour guide knew a lot. The name includes the word “museums” and it is not true. We didn’t visit any museums. And it was not half-day, it lasted only 1h and a half.

We do not recommend this trip. We thought it was waste of money. They changed the time on us and when the tour began it was on a bus for 1hr. Not worth the money.

Great overview of the city and history. The guide was very friendly and did the entire tour just for me! Highly recommended.
