- Guests are reminded to exchange their purchased ticket for their tour ticket with the City Sightseeing staff at Lefkos Pyrgos (Stop 1) or the bus driver upon boarding the buses
- Please make sure there is the correct City Sightseeing company applicable to your voucher when boarding
- The tour operates with double-decker buses with a capacity of 70 - 82 passengers
- The double-decker buses are wheelchair and baby strollers accessible and have ramps to access the bus if needed. Inside the buses there's space for wheelchair/ baby stroller storage as well
- Estimated frequency and duration due to traffic, weather and/ or any other conditions beyond City Sightseeing Thessaloniki's control
- With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out.
- Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may cause delays and changes to the route
- Pets are allowed only in pet carry bags or in pet sling carriers

The circuit is great!!!!!!!!!! The only unpleasant aspect was the irritating way the narrative is presented. It is done through a childish Q&A session, and it is so juvenile. I turned off the audio and researched on my own.

Always a great way to see any city! Did not disappoint. I recommend taking one loop around first to see where everything is before getting off.

Very pleasant experience. It was easy to redeem the voucher, and the ticket sellers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The streets in Thessaloniki are incredibly narrow, and our driver handled the bus like a pro!

I don't understand the low reviews, this was fantastic. Didn't need a car, was able to see all the sites of Thessaloniki, and know there's a bus coming in 30 minute increments, so we'd hit a stop in 30 or 60 minutes.
This was a very positive hop on/hop off experience. Weather was lovely so we sat on the top decker. The headsets worked well and we saw all the sites we hoped to see. We only took it around once, but it was a pleasant and inexpensive way to get a feel of the city and to end our day in port.

Good for overall view of city but I didn’t think the audio guide matched what we were seeing all the time. I don’t know how the driver is able to go up and down all the hills and small roads but he did!
Really simple way to see the sights in Thessaloniki. Several stops at many different locations to see culture of town. Picks you up at the port!

Very convinient that they pick us up at the port. First bus did not have the audio working. But the 2nd bus was good. Love all the main areas of stop.

Accessing the bus from the port is very easy. There was some question about the tickets I had downloaded and we had to stand in a confusing line to obtain a "tiny receipt". Using a small receipt is the only way to board the bus again. It is a good way to see the city, but the stops did not match the brochure, or what is listed on Viator website. The audio also did not match the bus route and is geared more for school children, not adults. There is no guide available on the bus for questions & the bus driver was less than thrilled about answering questions. At one point, everyone was asked to leave the bus & board another one. The second bus was full, so we were told to wait for about 30 minutes until another bus arrived.

Not worth the money. Bus 37 costs 0.6 euro and will bring you to the upper city back and forth. Nothing else to see besides that.
