- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the routes
- No queues in high season: our buses run every 5 minutes so you don't have to wait
- Please note, our buses are pink and blue and are named 'Bus Turistic'
- Infant tickets must be booked (they travel for free)
- Due to the Tour de France taking place, the service will be affected 2nd - 5th July. 2nd July: Stop 23 Sagrada Familia on the Red Route will not be in service. 4th July: There will be no service. 5th July: There will be disruptions affecting several stops in the Montjuïc area
- Customers who were planning to use their 24 or 48-hour tickets on 4th July will have an additional 24-hours of validity

Very convenient to use if you can find the stops. Great tourist information and guidance. The bus was very helpful and time saving compared to walking long distance. On day two on the weekend we used the tour bus, many key tourist destinations of the Red Route were skipped and bypassed due to a large city event we were not told about when making our online reservation. The Buses were very clean and comfortable and the multi-language tour information system was a great and knowledgeable feature. I don’t believe got our value worth.
We paid for two days and were only able to use the bus twice because most rodes were closed off which caused us to miss events that were paid for. You would think this should have been communicated to us in advance. For now on this will be something I pay for when I arrive to my location. Very disappointed. Other than that, i’m pretty sure this could have been a great experience
Not enough information. Most sights they would just tell what the name Of the place is. Hardly any details. And often we could see other places in the distance with no mention of what they are. And then filler music. There should be enough to say about this city to fill the commentary! But it was a great mode of transportation and worth it for this reason.
Always love to do hop on and off been doing them for years you get the whole experience of the city! But do miss live guilds

Me and my family have been on a few hop on and hop off buses on many different vacations. This one was nice but so many stops got cancelled that it caused us to have to walk everywhere and we even missed a tour because we couldn’t get picked up. We all bought 48 hr passes but only got a few hours out of the services. Refunds should definitely be offered under these circumstances. It was really hot and my family members were older and had to walk in the heat to everywhere, which defeated the purpose of buying the ticket.

Get off when you see something interesting. The routes are very long to do the whole loop and come back to what you wanted to see.

Because of so many languages, the audio of the sites is recorded and you use earphones to listen. Some of the sets/boxes don’t work.

Tips. Live on their site hola. This allowed me to get senior tickets at a better price. Or if you are 6, you can also benefit from 10% off the tickets at the bus stop. For me, it is better to start with the blue circuit in the morning. Moreover, be careful when you want to go back; the upper levels are often full, especially if there are several of us, and being together sometimes means letting one or two buses pass.
