While the bus tour was fine, we were not given clear instructions on the boat tour. We walked around for 30 minutes looking for help while one booth just sent us to the next. It was quite aggravating.
We did bus and water tour. The bus was SUPER old and outdated. The seats had holes. Only realized after I scratched my arm and thought I was bleeding. Once we got to where the boat was the directions given to get to board were incorrect and once we found the correct boarding area we realized the oldest, rundown PIRATE ship was the one we were getting on. Tho the views were nice and interaction was decent it felt like we were just at the bottom of the barrel in our transportation. Would not recommend
It lots of fun for the family, a couple or just my yourself. The narrators are very knowledgeable It’s a great choice!
This tour was very informative and enjoyable! Except, there was no air condition on the bottom level of the bus as advertised. But this tour was the highlight of our trip!!! We really enjoyed it!
The tour guide was very friendly, drove very well, and he spoke clearly in several languages so we all could understand.
The bus tour is very interesting. You see parts of Miami you might not normally see. However, the bus is very hot with no AC. Also, a few windows were cracked which affects the view. The boat tour was enjoyable as well. The boat had AC on the lower level.
The driver and tour guide on the bus were WONDERFUL! Boat captain and Tour Guide/First Mate were Great as well! We had a wonderful time until we needed to take the bus back to the hub at Lincoln Road. We waited from 4 pm to 5:30 in the Miami Heat with 2 elderly women and the BUS never showed up. We had to take an Uber back to South Beach and when we tried to talk to the employees about the bus not showing up they said - "Oh my goodness, I can't believe it- I am going to call the office right away. But no BUS and no compensation - This ended our great experience on a very sour note. We missed our World Cup Watch Party. Disappointed in the end.
Bus and cruise guides could not Doral English very well. Mainly spoke in Spanish. Bus guide told all of us wrong boat to get on and wrong place to get on correct boat!! Did not show us the beach. Person we bought tickets at said there were parking spaces where get on bus, but there was not! Just wanted to sell tickets.
It was a fun experience. At the end, they didn’t pick us up. We had to take the train instead to get back to the hotel. The tour guide was fun, knowledgeable, and nice.
The tours were both great, However!!! Be aware of the parking. Do NOT park in private lots. We spent almost $100!! Then realize that the bus may not show up at the correct return time. We waited on a return bus for over 30 minutes, and eventually took an uber which was another$30. We asked for a reimbursement of the uber and were denied. The employees could not get their story straight. It changed several times about what happened to the missing bus. Very disappointing to end our tour in this manner.
