Our guide, Riccardo, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about Cinque Terre, and was able to customize our experience in a way that felt very personal. He was extremely accommodating to my group, which included my 70 year-old mother and a few of her accessibility issues. The guide was fantastic but really something you can do on your own for a lot cheaper. Definitely not worth spending all the money they charged.

Our tour guide Rossana was an absolute delight! She had a wonderful command of English, she was super knowledgeable and just such a pleasure to spend time with. Rossana gave us options but allowed us to really set the pace for our tour. We were able to visit 3 of the 5 towns. She explained the train schedule and how to make sure we were on the right train for future exploring, she even sent us the schedule after we parted ways. I would absolutely recommend a tour with Rossana!
