Chumphon Pinnacle-Koh Tao 2 dive trip for certified divers
Description
Participants must have a diving certification for this trip. For this trip we do our first dive at famous Chumphon Pinnacle. Our second dive for the day will be at Koh Tao. Your day will start with us picking you up at your hotel approximately 7:00 am. We will take you to the pier where you can enjoy some light breakfast and coffee/tea and meet Discovery Divers Team. The boat will leave the pier at 8:00 am. It takes approximately 85 minutes by speedboat to reach the best dive site of Koh Tao. Upon completion of the second dive the boat will return to Koh Samui, and you will be back at your resort around 3:30 pm.

Pickup Locations & Times
Due to the different hotel locations on the island, please advise the dive centre by email the name of your hotel. The dive centre will then reply to you with the appropriate pick up time for the morning of your dive trip. If we do not receive this email then we are not able to pick you up on the morning of the dive trip. Transfers from the north and east of the island are free of charge. Transfers from the south and southwest of the island need an extra charge of 500 THB each way Pick up transfers. Kindly note that hotel transfers are included in the rates apart from hotels/villas located on the South West side of the island to the North West side of the island, for this area there is an additional transfer fee of 800 thb round trip

This was my second dive day with them. Very professional in running the whole operation. Good equipment, fast and comfortable boat. Two great dive masters, Philip and Margot, really caring about our safety but also trying to show us everything under the water. Thank Margot for the lovely videos.
This is a great dive operation with a bunch of fantastic staff. Led by Man it was a truly super trip to Chumphon. My son, an instructor, had dived there before but for me it was a first. Discovery left on time and arrived back on time. Lunch was good and the whole experience superb.

My 17 year old son booked a series of dives with Discovery and we cannot recommend them more. Extremely friendly, professional, great kit and timely hotel pick ups. We sotted a whale shark three times with the opportunity to dive close to it plus many amazing fish and locations at Koh Tao, Sail Rock and Chumphon Pinnacle.

After learning to dive in 2014 with Discovery Divers, and diving with them again in 2019 and 2020, I went back again in september 2025. Couple of new divemasters, but as good as before! Equipment perfect, nice food, great boat staff. Only negative was that I only saw 3 whale sharks ( 1 Sail Rock, 2 Chumpon Pinnacle) in 12 dives...that really needs improvement!

Excellent day with Discovery Divers! Divemasters are top notch. There was a divemaster for every three or four people, offering French, German, Thai, and English speakers excellent instruction and guidance. Everything is in great condition and we had a large larger more comfortable dive boat than other operators I saw. Diving in Koh Tao is fantastic no matter what; we saw schools of barracuda and batfish, soft corals, etc. Lunch was delicious! The individual attention and professionalism from the divemasters is where they really shine. Highly recommend. Only wish I could've had one more day to go diving

Super day out with a friendly and efficient team at Discovery Divers. Good kit, well maintained boat and great experience. Did a refresher with Sam - needed after 20 years ! And she took time to make sure we were comfortable. Then lovely diving at Ko Tao with so many different fish and my first ever fish ball dive ! Thanks all a lovely vibe and a great day out !
