After picking up from your hotel or meeting point, we will take you to visit the statue of Christ the Redeemer (One of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World), then visit the Maracanã Stadium for an external visit, head to the Marquês de Sapucaí Sambadrome where Carnival Parades are held (One of the Largest Parties in the World), discover the Metropolitan Cathedral with its beautiful Internal Stained Glass and the Selarón Staircase with its unique and peculiar art, both with breaks for photos and explanations about their stories. When confirming your Reservation, please contact our staff so that we can inform you about your check-in time at your hotel. Each hotel has a specific time to board. Places of embarkation: South zone: Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Flamengo, Catete and Glória (some streets restricted due to traffic). Downtown Rio de Janeiro (we do not board in the port area and in the high of Santa Teresa). Barra da Tijuca : Av. Lúcio Costa from the Riale Brisa Barra Hotel towards Leblon.

I booked and they cancelled but before I paid it displayed available slots I don’t know if they will refund my money back so
I think this tour was very disorganised. The guide was very nice but had to speak 3 languages in the same group. Evidently he was not able to share the same information with everyone, which was frustrating given that we specifically requested the language at the beginning. There were kids that would not keep quiet and we could not listen to the guide. There was a family (with the noisy kid) for whom we had to wait half an hour during pick up, and then also again 20 minutes when they "forgot" the time the guide had specifically set for us to return to the van. I really do not understand why we had to wait when usually any tour just leaves them if they are incapable of keeping the timeline. The tour was supposed to last half a day and because of these and several other delays (like the tour guide had to recount twice the tickets for entry to Christ the redeemer), it overall lasted above 6 hours. We then were left in the van when the guide took part of the group to the Pan de Azucar, and left in our homes, but it was really weird to be called out in front of everyone on "this is not included in the package you bought". The driver was very nice but would put the radio loudly in portuguese (not even music) and drove recklessly. I have a back pain every since then.
