Itinerary
At around 08:30, our excellent tour guide will pick you up at your downtown Chongqing hotel for a 3-hour comfortable private vehicle drive to Wulong County.
Wulong, featuring peculiar karst landforms, boasts of jaw-dropping stone bridges, caves, pits, eroded sinkholes and gorges. Wulong becomes known to foreign tourists due to Michael Bay's hit movie – Transformers: Age of Extinction, which directly shows the majesty beauty of the Three Natural Bridges in Wulong. Besides the famous movie-site, other interesting nature objects are also in this area, like Furong Cave, Longshuixia Gap and Fairy Mountain.
After a hearty lunch at a local restaurant, your splendid Chongqing Wulong karst tour begins with the Three Natural Bridges, the essential scenic feature of this world heritage area. Exquisitely sculptured by the hands of god, the three giant stone arch bridges are real wonders that can't be seen anywhere else in the world. Inside the tranquil scenic area, you can embrace the rugged beauty of the mountain bridges and gorges by meandering along the narrow path on the valley's bottom. During the 2 - 2.5 hours visit, you will also stop by an ancient staging post near Qinglong Bridge, which was constructed during the Tang Dynasty (618 - 907) for handling official business and receiving guests. The wooden-structured courtyards are still well preserved with more than 20 rooms remaining. After some free time to wander around, your Wulong trip from Chongqing concludes. You will be transferred back to your hotel. Upon arrival at around 18:30.
At the end, your guide will escort you to your Chongqing hotel.

Great tour, comfortable car. Our tour guide, April was very helpful with exploring the area. The place is amazing. If you have extra day in Chongqing, we recommend this trip. We also stopped for lunch, and she helped us to order food. Her English was good, so no issues with communication.
Beautiful park. Definitely worth the drive from Chongqing for a day in nature. Highly recommended. A guide is not really need it but it's nice to have someone drive you there and bring you back
In awe of the natural beauty. An amazing place to visit. My tour guide Lila helped explain the Three Bridges and showed me interesting visuals in the rock features. Also it was the Transformers Last Stand location.
Wonderful trip with Christine who was an excellent guide. She explained well and chose a wonderful lunch spread for my wife and me. We have booked another tour to Dazu with this tour company. Looking forward to it!
Amazing views, and great walk.. not for people who have weak knees or need assistances.. many stairs to take up and down.. great exercise. Took many photos.
Peter was a wonderful guide. He spoke fluent English and was very passionate and knowledgeable about the place as well as the city - we could tell that he loved Chongqing and Wulong Karst. The whole tour was very accommodating and the lunch was great (we had 4 big plates of food for 2 people). Wulong Karst is a beautiful area and is a must-do when in Chongqing.
