Very complete tour, very nice all the places we visited, the food of the restaurant very rich and the guide very friendly and with much knowledge.
We were part of a small group, with less than a dozen people. Weather could have been better but, even with the rain, no parts of the tour were cancelled. Got to experience one of the 7 wonders of the world (Chichén Itzá), swim in a cenote (Cenote Noolha by Chichikan), and see the golden glow of the sunset in the “Yellow City.” Our tour ended around 7 pm and we were dropped off close to Casa Montejo, in time to see “Diálogos del Conquistador.” Google Maps might show some bad reviews of the restaurant, but we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. If you want to see more of Valladolid or Izamal, it does make sense to spend the night in one of these 2 cities outside of this tour. Overall, our guide Miguel did an amazing job!
Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊 It sounds like despite the rainy weather, you had an incredible day exploring Chichén Itzá, swimming in Cenote Noolha, and witnessing the sunset in the “Yellow City.” Miguel clearly made a big difference—balancing history, culture, and the flow of the tour so that everything ran smoothly. Your tip about staying overnight in Valladolid or Izamal is very useful for future travelers looking to explore more in depth. It’s great to hear that even with a small group, the tour felt full and unhurried.
Excellent tour, our guide Alberto an excellent person , very friendly and with a lot of knowledge, only a little flaws in the itinerary , not completed due to lack of organization, we were picked up later than agreed and did not visit Valladolid as scheduled

Missing visit Valladolid that was inside the tour. They were not punctual in picking up a backlog of almost an hour. However the guide David was excellent, very friendly and explained everything very well.

Very good itinerary. Nice variety and did good highlights of area. Well-organized. The price was surprisingly cheap in comparison to others so was skeptical. It turned out fine. Newish Mercedes 18 passenger van. Would recommend.

It’s great to know the tour exceeded your expectations and that you appreciated the comfort of our vehicle. The tour guide Ricardo E was very informative and extremely good at teaching about the history of the Mayan culture, the cenote swimming was a trip highlight and great fun as was the town of Valladolid which had great ice cream at an amazing price
We're delighted to hear that Ricardo made the history of the Mayan culture come alive for you. The cenote swim is definitely a favorite highlight, and Valladolid’s charming town and delicious ice cream really complete the experience. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope to welcome you again for another memorable adventure soon!
Honest review: don't try and do all of this in 1 day.... you can't! Chichen Itza was special, the highlight of this excursion! We had enough time there to get a full tour and explore on our own....but than it went downhill from there. Miguel our tour guide for the day was amazing!! So was our driver! BUT it was very rushed when we got to the restaraunt, it was suppose to be 2.5hrs there to be taught how to make a traditional dish, eat and enjoy our time BUT we were rushed in to eat 30 mins than rushed out! Just like that, we were off to the next destination. Didn't have time to eat in peace or do any of the other things we were suppose to do there. And it gets worse; westopped in the magic Valladolid but was rushed and only given 20 mins to look around than off to the next spot. The cenote Nool-ha was the Disneyland cenote of all cenotes! It was huge, fun, crowded & loud!! If your looking for a cenote more relaxing and beautiful to look at in way of cenotes, this is not it. But it's great for kids, because it has jumping platforms, ziplines ets... It is a jump, get in, get out, jump and do it again cenote NOT like the picture advertized.... Izamal was a sweet town, again rushed, but our tour guide Miguel made the best of our time. He was very knowledgeable and tried his best to give us a great tour in the time we had. It was just too much to do in 1 day! I would cut it up in smaller tours now that I know. We left at 8am and got back at 8:30pm, it was a looooong day. We only ate 1x so please bring lot of snacks and water 👌
Thank you for your honest and detailed review! We’re glad to hear that you loved Chichen Itza and that Miguel, along with the driver, made your experience enjoyable despite the challenges. We truly appreciate your feedback about the pacing of the tour, and we understand that fitting multiple destinations into one day can feel rushed at times. Your insights about the cenote and Valladolid stop are very valuable, and we’ll take them into account for future improvements. We’re sorry that some parts of the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we’re happy that Miguel did his best to make the most of the time available. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him! Thank you for your recommendations regarding bringing snacks and water—it’s great advice for future travelers. If you ever return, we’d love to help you explore these incredible sites at a more relaxed pace. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again for another adventure! 😊🌿✨
There was very good communication. Our guides Caesar and Susanna very nice, attentive and prepared people. We'll definitely be back.
Good way to see a lot of the main sights but as it’s such a jam packed itinerary, you unfortunately dont get much time at each place. For example, the itinerary stated we would have an hour at Valladolid and Izamal, but we had 30 minutes if lucky. You get dropped in the main square and by the time you’ve sourced a toilet, you don’t get to explore much of the towns which is a real shame. We arrived in Izamal at 6pm when it was basically dark so we couldn’t even see much of the square and monastery. Lunch was also advertised as an interactive experience with a cooking demonstration and chance to learn how to make some local dishes but it’s just a 40 minute stop for a buffet. Food is decent but be wary of very expensive drinks not included (even non-alcoholic)! We were 2 hours late returning to Mérida which made it a 12 hour tour. Not sure if this was due to traffic or poor time management but it made for a very long day! Overall, a good way to see most of the main sights in this area but if you actually want to properly explore, better to do it on your own. Our guide was informative and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting insights into Mayan culture and Chichen Itza.
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the tour a good way to see the main sights and that you appreciated our guide’s knowledge and insights into Mayan culture and Chichen Itzá. We understand that the packed itinerary can sometimes limit time at each stop, and we regret that you didn’t get as much time as expected in Valladolid and Izamal. Your comments about the timing and the lunch experience are valuable, and we will review them to improve the accuracy of our itinerary descriptions and overall tour experience. Regarding the delayed return to Mérida, we apologize for any inconvenience. While traffic can sometimes be unpredictable, we’ll ensure better time management to avoid long delays in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us enhance our tours. If you ever decide to explore more of the Yucatán, we’d love the opportunity to provide an even better experience for you! 😊
