Itinerary
Piazzale Montelungo is the meeting point for your tour. Please check in at 08:00 AM, as departure is scheduled for 08:15 AM. Our assistant will be waiting for you at the end of the ramp connecting Piazzale Montelungo with the railway station, wearing blue clothing with the Caf Tour and Gray Line logos, so they will be easy to recognize. After check-in, you will be ready to start your Chianti wine experience in the Tuscan countryside.
Our Chianti Wine Tour: Two Wine Tastings, Vineyards and Cellar Visit takes you into the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the beautiful Monteriggioni area, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and authentic rural landscapes. During the tour, you will visit two selected wineries, where you will discover the Chianti winemaking tradition up close, stroll through the vineyards, and explore the cellars used for production and ageing. At each winery, you will enjoy a tasting of local wines, accompanied by explanations about the production methods, the territory, and the unique characteristics of the wines. A pleasant and informative experience, perfect for anyone wishing to discover Chianti through its flavours, scenery, and warm Tuscan hospitality.
Return to Piazzale Montelungo At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to the original meeting point at Piazzale Montelungo. The expected return time is around 1:15 PM, depending on traffic and tour timing. A convenient conclusion to your Chianti wine experience, right where your journey began.

- We recommend to wear comfortable shoes. Wineries are usually located on the top of the hill and you start the visit with a short walk along the slope through vineyards
- For small groups, up to 8 pax, the Tour escort service could be replaced with an English speaking driver-guide service, while maintaining unchanged the entire program of the excursion
- It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the tour, nor to have a refund or reschedule the tour
- Clients with motor disabilities or wheelchair users are encouraged to notify the tour organizer in advance and seek medical advice to ensure suitability of services. Our tours and transportation are not suitable for people with motor disabilities or wheelchair users, so to prioritize the safety and well-being of all involved, the driver and tour manager retain the right to decline participation if they believe it may compromise safety. This decision rests solely with them, and no compensation will be provided in such cases. By accepting these terms, clients agree to respect decisions made by staff regarding participation

Easy to find. Nice motor coach bus. Both vineyards we visited had different offerings besides the wine. Obviously knowledgeable of the wine they produce but also fun and energetic. Tour guide was also very good.

Absolutely fantastic day with our driver, Christian, visiting winery, small towns along the way, and lunching at a family run farmhouse. Incredible scenery, wine, delicious food, & overwhelming hospitality. Highly recommend.
