When booking through Viator, you aren’t booking directly with the cruise operator. This creates confusion around ticketing and a delay when you pick up your tickets as the operator then needs to phone this middle person.
Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us. We want to clarify that while cruise companies do not provide live inventory, we work diligently to establish contracts with these companies to offer you the best possible prices and exclusive deals that are not available to walk-in customers. Please note that occasional phone calls or checks with operators are conducted to authenticate customers and ensure that tickets are being provided to the right individuals. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to get in touch.
The cruise was well organised. The check-in experience (at ICONSIAM mall) was good. The on-cruise experience was great. The Indian buffet dinner was OK. The food could have been tastier. The dance to Indian music added a zing to the experience towards the end.
The cruise itself was excellent, good was good and the sights at night greY..Nun Who helped us and was making sure we enjoyed the cruise was amazing....however the waiting area and the bedlam getting on the cruise was not very good....the pushiness of others was like a stampede...and very little control was shown by organizers...
