Tour guide and vehicle will pick you up all passengers at hotels in Hoi An town or Da Nang city for the Cham Island Private Day Tour (Cu Lao Cham)
After you meet our driver and all ready, you will be then transfered to Cua Dai quay for Speedboat registering with the Management officers before heading to the Cham islands. Please note: The private speedboat is not included in the tour. Your group need to pay 380 USD to have your own private speedboat for the trip. In order to have all of the time in Cham island only for snorkeling and beach, the only way is to have a private speedboat (because the sharing boat only serves 40 minutes of snorkeling and other activities will be the visit to temple, market, museum...).
After 25 minutes on SPEEDBOAT to Cham island. Your first snorkeling at Dai island where have many soft coral and colorful fish (Snorkeling time here 1 hour) Around 11:30 The SPEED BOAT take you to Second snorkeling at Tai island where have many hard coral and colorful fish (Snorkeling time here another 1 hour) - Joining fish feeding there Around 13:00 Having a wonderfull sea food BBQ lunch at Chong /or Ong beach - Relaxing - sunbathing and refilling energy after snorkeling. Around 14:30 back to the hotel
Enough time for the day. It is time passengers got back on speedboat to be transferred back to Cua Dai estuary where the vehicle is ready to take you back to Hoi An or Da Nang for a drop off at your hotel. Tour ends

We decided to book a private tour/speedboat to be in charge of our own shedule. This worked out very well. Just inform yourselve about the total cost and there will be no surprises. We stopped at 2 places for snorkling and left when things got more crowded when other boats arrived. The corals were beautifull with plenty of fish, We arrived at the port at 8:30. Leaving a bit earlier might even have been better.
Perhaps it was the next day, when the waves were high, the oceans were not clear enough, and the fish and corals were below expectations. If you've been to a remote island in Okinawa, you'll regret it.

This tour is a scam!!! There are hidden charges that are not stated properly on the website that they only tell you about at 10pm the night before, by this time it is too late to get refunded. When getting in contact with the company they were dismissive and denied us a refund. The poor customer service alone is good enough reason to choose a different tour. Please do not book with this company.
Dear, It seems you hide the real reason. The tour information is very clearly written and no information hidden. We mentioned 2 times in the tour that the private speedboat is not included (customers need to pay extra). It was written in the tour program (What to expect) and also written in "What is the inclusion". Our team contacted you the previous night to confirm the pickup time, pickup location and we also mentioned the payment you need to do for the private speedboat. You already saw the message and marked the "heart icon" on WhatsApp message. Then you did not ask us anything about the mentioned cash payment for the private speedboat. On the tour date (next morning) you changed your plan and wanted to cancel last minute and of course it was impossile because all was arranged. Then you started giving a reason that you did not see the information... We hope that you should not mislead and be honest about it Thanks
This trip is not as advertised. You have to pay an extra $340USD after booking and paying initial fee. Be careful, make sure you read the fineprint
Dear customer, The trip was as advertized and all were written very clearly in our tour description as well as in "What is included. Obviously, nobody can force you to pay extra for what you do not want to pay. You chose to pay and you wrote as if you were innocent. Before the tour started, we contacted you to clarify that the tour was a private and only focused on snorkeling and beach. So only if you booked a private speedboat (for the whole trip). Otherwise you need to share with other passengers to have a big group tour (in which the snorkeling time is only 40 minutes). Or we also allowed you to cancel free of charge. Your group decided to move on to have a private speedboat and we booked and reserved. However, you changed the decision last minutes (1 hour before departure) and so we could not accomodate and so there was no reason to complain in this case. It also happened the same with other services like a flight/hotel/cruise... where you have no right to change 1 hour before departure. Please be honest and responsible with your review. Thank you!
Corals not great and be aware - the water is relatively cold for SE Asia. I’d recommend at least a half wetsuit. Also bring your own fins. The beach they take you to and lunch of live seafood is really good. Getting back on the boat from the snorkel is also challenging and uncomfortable because of a crummy narrow ladder situation. Overall a decent trip but try to get a group of at least several people together because we paid almost five hundred US for just the two of us and at the end of the day it didn’t seem worth that much. The tour is private and the cost is total for the boat - it is divided by number of persons going.
