Car was great, but driver was not waiting for us with our sign! Our flight was slightly early but we had provided our flt information. We had to wait approx 30 min for him to arrive while other drivers picked up their clients. Thank goodness he answered his phone so we knew he would eventually be there!
We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the vehicle, but we sincerely apologize that the driver was not waiting for you in the arrivals area with your name sign when you came out. Even when a flight arrives slightly earlier than scheduled, our goal is to coordinate the pick-up smoothly and make the meeting process easy for our guests. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait after a long flight while other passengers are being met by their drivers. We are glad that the driver answered his phone and completed the service, but we will review this situation internally to improve our airport coordination and meet-and-greet process. The English speaking driver was waiting and had a sign so we could clearly find him. The Mercedes van had plenty of room and was very clean.

Excellent service with our pickup from Charles DeGaulle airport in Paris. The driver communicated with us immediately to let us know where he was waiting. The car was roomy and clean. The ride was pleasant and comfortable. Would definitely use this service again
