Excellent guide in Juma. Meeting the children at the village kindergarten was endearing. A dip in the cave pool was surreal.
This was nothing to write home about to me. Unless you're going to swim in the fresh water cave or with others - I wasn't too impressed. Tour guide was very meh - just walked and explained a bit about the cave. The Rock Restaurant is a tourist trap - not a fan just something cool to look at. I did the Jozani add on and that was pretty decent.
Hello, We would love to improve everything what is possible, but not sure what "meh" means. Would be great to get more details and we reply asap.
The Cave Tour was pretty lack luster. It's a cave - so unless you want to swim seems like a bit of a waste of time. The Rock Restaurant is a tourist trap and wasn't a fan. I felt like the driver/tour guide was just dropping me off and handing me off to someone else. Wouldn't recommended this as a solo traveler. I did enjoy the Jozani forest tour as an add on, only plus for me.
Hi Sorry that some parts didnt meet your expectations. Cave tour it is cave in jugle. Some find it dissapointing some magical. Rock restaurant is very very popular attraction in Zanzibar so it could look like trap, but it is just because all attention it gets and yes it is expensive for same reason. Some parts we are unable to handle by ourself since owners of attractions dont let us do that. Hopefully we will see your return one day. Hakuna matata
Kuza cave hasn't received the type of buzz, credit and exposure it deserves especially seeing that it provides such a breathtaking experience. Our guide was extremely professional and courteous and I'd recommend this tour to anyone who has a knack for the unique aspects of Zanzibar and Tanzania as a whole
