Following the new regulation, airport representatives are not permitted inside the terminal. Upon arrival, walk to the pedestrian lane, turn to the right side, and head to the ticket booth area 16. Your guide will meet you at a designated area located just after the parking zone, easily recognizable by the logo placed on the window. Your guide will be wearing a white MyBoracayGuide uniform and a white cap.

Highly recommend booking this transfer service, especially for first-time travelers to Boracay. The guides were easy to follow and made sure that they were with you every step of the way. Make sure that you do not hand our bags over to "porters" that do not wear the My Boracay Guide uniform....they are *not* part of the service and you will have to fork over PHP 50 if you do. Unless, of course, you do need help with your baggage as the gangplank to the boat is *very* narrow. We had our carry-on roller bags and we had to be careful not to lose our balance.
Superb staff. Escort you from the moment you get to the airport terminal to the hotel reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended to any travelers visiting Boracay looking for a stress free experience.
