Catherine Cruise 2 Days/1 Night with 6 Star Cruise

An unforgettable part of our honeymoon! The 2D1N cruise was wonderful, Ken was an excellent, funny guide, and Sany provided outstanding service throughout. The extra touches of magic during dinner made the experience feel truly special and memorable. We also appreciated the halal-certified kitchen and meat options, which gave us peace of mind. Just be sure to tell the staff your Halal dietary needs and they’ll explain which are halal. All meals and activities were timed perfectly and we didn’t feel hungry. There’s plenty of snack if you need a light pick me up at the activity spots. Expect crowds at the activity spots as multiple cruises have similar itineraries. But it was still quite okay. Aircon was strong and switched on 24/7. The bathtub was spotless and very well maintained, adding to the comfort and luxury of our stay. With every meal and activity included I think the price is worth it. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Good accommodation, the staff, especially our dinner room waitress Mary, looked after us well. Ken, our tour guide was informative with the Caves and the majestic Halong Bay.

The cruise was ok till we got scammed, the evening entertainment was quite disappointing, a guy with a guitar who was not entertaining at all no atmosphere. What concerned me most was the transport situation arranged through the cruise staff after our trip.althougt we paid at the dinner the night before, We needed transport from Ha Long Bay to Ninh Binh, and a staff member from Catherine Cruises offered to organise a private car for us the following day. We paid in advance using my Wise card on their payment machine. When the cruise ended the next day, my partner and I waited in reception for our transfer. After waiting around 15 minutes, I approached a staff member to ask where the car was, as Ninh Binh is approximately four hours away and we had already booked accommodation there. Around 40 minutes later, a Catherine Cruises staff member informed us that the car had “broken down” and that we would instead receive a refund. I asked whether they could organise alternative transport, as we did not know the area or who to contact, but we were told they “didn’t know anyone else.” Although they provided a receipt confirming the refund had supposedly been processed, Wise refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear. Unfortunately, it has now been three weeks since the cruise, and no refund has been received on my Wise card. I have also emailed Catherine Cruises regarding the matter and have received no response. The lack of communication, assistance, and follow-up was extremely disappointing and caused us significant stress. We were ultimately forced to walk around looking for help ourselves before finally managing to find a bus to Ninh Binh. I really felt lost and with the transport arrangement and missing refund has left me feeling very let down and unable to trust the company. No reply to my emails yes I was scammed I would never recommend Catherine cruise to anyone You ate liars

-Beautiful boat, excellent food, and sumptuous room. -Unfortunately, very poor interaction with the host, who seemed authoritative and was overly interested in my partner, introducing himself as single right away and asking intrusive questions about our couple that made us uncomfortable. -Painting work around the pool while I was swimming in it, the only afternoon we could enjoy it. They even painted the access to the front door, forcing me to walk in the fresh paint. The deck chairs are stacked in a corner, out of service… The employees force you to leave a good positive review on TripAdvisor by staying close to you and watching your phone; if you refuse to comply, the host comes to ask you for explanations. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism of a few employees, mainly the host, which spoiled all the interest we had in this adventure and made us wary. Conclusion We are far from the service expected for the price charged.

I just had an impressive stay here and can't help but share it! From the time of check-in, I was welcomed with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The two employees of Sany and Ho are truly the brightest points of the trip — always attentive, attentive to every detail, asking what they need and responding extremely quickly whenever they ask for support. Room clean, clean, fully equipped. Quiet, comfortable space to rest after a long day. Everything is well prepared, feeling like being truly cared for. What I’m most impressed with is Sany’s and Ho’l’s service — you two are always laughing, not afraid to answer questions and ready to support at any time. It is rare to meet such a dedicated and friendly employee!

It was great experience with a good few the atmosphere was amazing the room was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sanay he gave us a nice memory and he helped us a lot.
